Had BCCI played a series with Pakistan, would that have helped the Big 3 model to continue?

We all know, who was the one against Big 3,till the end,when it was first formed.

PCB.

We all know money is what, which matters.

BCCI ,showed some dollars(MOU) and convinced PCB.

But BCCI didn't agree for the series in 2015(Heck, They didn't even reply to the letter)

It made PCB, go mad. Even further series with India, looked like a dream.

It is PCB, that started to cry about Big 3, again

BCCI thought they've won the game.They thought CA and ECB are with them already.

All they got to do is, convince WICB,BCB, SLCB,ZCB(They know, just show dollars and convince them). They even voted against two tier test system just to get votes from these boards for Big 3

BCB chairman even said few days earlier "IF BCCI BECOMES WEAK, WE WILL BE WEAKER AS WELL."

But to their shock, SLCB, WICB,and even BCB(who showed support),and poorest of the poor ZCB were on the opposite side.

It all started, with PCB, asking to reconsider the Big 3(both revenue and governance structure.)

So the question is.

Had BCCI played a series with Pakistan in 2015, would that have kept Pakistan happy with BCCI and Big 3?

Can you tell me when did the govt say they havent received the letter?

Permission was asked in 2015 and the MEA spokesperson say that its under consideration.Vikas Swarup and Gopal Baglay are official MEA spokesperson.You know what MEA is??

The second Permission was asked in Mar 2017 and MOS Home said it wont happen.

So who will report the formal permission to you?Modi will come and tell you right?
