Every major tournament.

Every crucial match.

Only one guy from Pakistan performs consistently: Haris Rauf when it comes to giving away boundaries and runs!

We have lost far too matches because of his "come hit me" brainless bowling. Yet he continues to get a chance in every tournament.

Is this going to be his last tournament? Or will we suffer this in World T20 2026 as well?

Coach and captain should take responsibility if you know a players capability and still want to select him then they need to work around it
 
This garbage & mentally unfit bowler must be permanently discarded for the sake of Pakistan cricket. He single handedly lost today's game with his brainless bowling
 
You know I have looked past his flaws in the past and tried to support him.

You won't ever see me saying anything positive about him again.

Haris thank you for a few good overs at the MCG and against England in the 7 match T20 Bilateral series…

But otherwise please immediately say goodbye to a sorry and pathetic career :)
 
I hate him so much.

He has been useless from day one. He is a consistent match loser and should never play another game for Pakistan.
 
Thank you Haris there was some good moments in your career but a lot of matches have been lost thanks to you as well :)

If someone has any contact with PCB since they have no brains, tell them the people have spoken and we do not need his services anymore.
 
He has lost three T20 games against India singlehandedly. He bottles it under pressure against elite sides. How many more chances are the selectors and team management going to give him? Surely there are other bowlers in our domestic cricket who can do a better job than him.
 
Khalaas. You will be forever hated Haris Rauf. And the captain can go to hell too for using him.
 
India are stuck in a mire with Abrar and Saim, and you bring on the one bowler who keeps giving runs away, the coach was livid!
 
Absolute liability. Brain dead player. Hopefully he can finally be discarded after this and someone reliable picked for the T20WC.
 
He is good against low ranked teams only. Good teams always smash him . He bowls without any plan just run and spray it

Goodness yes! I was thinking the same thing as well!

Now kick Rauf out and get Waseem in! Heck even Abbas would be a better bowler now.
 
Yes, he is a tape-ball bowler. Not a product of first class cricket. HAs failed PAkistan multiple times in pressure depth situations BUT...I think it was Agha's idea to make him bowl round the wicket, his second last over. Shouldn't have bowed to two lefthanders round the wicket.
 
Should be the end of him to be honest. He comes back in meaningless bilaterals and bowls a few fast balls and impresses everyone, but every time it comes to a knock out or final, he bottles it. It has happened too many times to be a coincidence. He simply is not mentally strong enough.

I know the alternatives are no good. Naseem Shah is usually expensive. Salman Mirza looks nothing special. But anyone is better that Rauf. Personally I’d bring in Aamer Jamal, but he’s out of favour due to his support for Imran Khan.
 
100% heart.
IQ and game awareness - Not so much.

Same case with Lockie Fergusen, Mark Wood also generally. Love watching all of them bowl their heart out but more often than not I only see them getting tonked. Can’t do it on pace alone.

He has lost us countless matches single handedly.

I can recall several in multiple World Cups.

Can someone compile the full list?

That is the issue — he does decent in meaningless bilaterals and mostly against low ranked teams OR C teams of established sides.

Then gets absolutely TONKED in every freaking tournament.

That's why i am against pace will always play spinners no matter what but pakistani fans just want useless pace you guys deserve this tbh who always crying for pace.
 
Always a nervous moment when he is bowling you know runs gonna come . Somedays he just gets your important wickets but yeah not reliable . Comes under the category of Sami and Wahab Riaz
 
Voiced my fears about his three overs around the 13th over and that’s exactly what happened. The guy is a wicket taker and bowls his heart out but his bowling is so predictable that once a batsman has lined him up he gets mauled. Shouldn’t be a first choice bowler any more.

I remember when he first started playing international cricket and Babar look dumbfounded as he could not stay to a pre plan. All these years later and he is still the same. Years ago, a few bad performances against India meant that you was discarded from the team.

Lets not be Woke and let Haris pull on the Pakistan shirt for a T20I again.
 
Nothing worse than talking a big game and not being able to back it up. Because then you look like a bit of a fool. I suspect Indian players might take shot at him too in the post-match presser.

Today Hesson seemed to be yelling at him to bowl according to the plan and yet he was intent on not doing so. The last ball of the over where he tried to go for a yorker and instead bowled a full-toss, which was dispatched for six, was another big moment. He had bowled the entire over according to the plan (wide outside off-stump) but for some reason thought that was the ball to deviate from it

All this while it was said he can't bowl in the power play and should be kept for death. Now he cannot bowl at death either?

Which team wants a fast bowler who can only bowl middle order? And in 20 overs match if you leave powerplay and death, that leaves around 7-8 overs only.

With outmost politeness, I do no want to see him in T20 again. Useless as hell. Gave away 1/3 of the runs in 22 balls.
 
It all goes down to your mental fitness -- why full toss instead of yorker, why length ball instead of good length; the guy just can't handle the pressure --- it came to the point where he was being dictated from outside to ball wide of the off stump and he just kept doing that all over.
 
He was poor, but match was lost by batsmen. From 115 odd runs for 1 wicket to 140 odd all out.
