Of course I have said Misbah doesn't develop youngsters well. I don't flip flop like some. I am a Misbah fan but I can see his faults.

yeah we had world class players in the team then...like Asad Tendulker, Younis Clarke, Ahmed Warner, Alex Hafeez...
He was only dropped because he could not stay at the crease like technique Asad, experienced YK.He came as someone who could play completely different brand of cricket than we used to see.He defied Misbah ul haq's basic beliefs about Cricket.
The more Sharjeel stayed in the team the more it would have pushed for players like Misbah,Hafeez,Asad,Ahmed to change their style of play..which they were never comfortable with..They all wanted to play 90s brand of ODI cricket.
