why do the useful players always get injured

probably means chance numer 55 for Asad Technique

This fitness thing is a perennial issue. Couldn't happen to a nicer Shafiq.

Hopefully he's back for the ODI's. He wouldn't play in this test series anyway so it doesn't really matter.

Haris lack of improvement in playing short pitched stuff is worrisome.

Played only few balls but his weakness still was quite evident. Just do see ball hit ball stuff. Have a low backlift and couldn't roll his wrists over short balls, mainly because he don't bother to get into right position.

Need to improve his back foot game or it won't be easy for him to retain his place in LOIs.

He and Sohaib Maqsood has to fit in current fielding unit. Uphill task

He must improve his game against pacy bouncers and even fast medium. Because he is in line for test debut and may be in squad to Eng, Aus and NZ next year.

He has waited 3,4 years to debut in test matches and finally his time is approaching. If he doesn't rectify this weakness he will be worked out in both odi's aswell as test matches

He has played a competitive match after a long time. Give him a couple of matches to get back into groove.

PP-hype zindabad!

His next step should be the A team now. We need more batting talent.

One or two good seasons here and there, and the hype begins! :))
Domestic stats/performances are enough to judge one player while they are totally useless when it comes to another player. Brilliant!

Haris Sohail is playing well at the moment. If he continues to score consistently, he might get a call-up to the A team.

btw, what does this thread have to do with Fawad Alam? :13:
M Nadeem, why do you have to bring Fawad Alam in every thread you post in?
Is your knowledge and apprehension about cricket limited to Fawad only?

Do you guys still believe he was overhyped ? Do we need him in our playing eleven of odi & in test squad ?

Pakistan needs Harris sohail desperately
atleast he used to score 40+ consistently

8 years later and still only has 25 ODI's and 7 test matches to his name. Look at these beautiful stats.

Metric showing the positions hes batted at to accumulate his runs, if he played more matches at number 4 or 5 maybe he could have broke the fastest to 1000 ODI runs record... we will never know.

In his short career these are the opposition he's scored runs against.

The ODI team desperately needs a middle-order batsman that can bat the full 50 overs and this is the perfect man. The boy loves batting at number 4 or 5, currently at that position we have Hafeez and Malik... wake up PCB!

Add on to that a spectacular 60 off 59 balls against non-minnow New Zealand.
