Yogi seems seriously extreme compared to Modi. There are a lot of educated people in India, to vote in these charlatans is strange buy I guess they vote for the party.

I dont think Modi and his men wanted a ceasefire so there will be some fallout within.

Rss are comedy. They create this anti pak and anti islam sentiment and fear mongering , starting war , which could have been devastating for millions but when wanting to stop they leave it to a Muslim female officer to announce.

The only thing that put new life into Kashmir issue is the attack on tourists in Pahalgam.

Kashmir has been progressing well in the last few years and tourism was blossoming. Locals were earning well. Something indigestible for the separatists and the forces supporting them. They did this attack on unsuspecting tourists by asking religion. Hurt the livelihood of locals and a nice wedge was driven between Hindus and Muslims.

Strikes were made and targets were hit in Pakistan. It is unfortunate one of their airforce generals were killed, all soldiers that lose their lives in line of duty needs to be acknowledged and shown respect... To be fair we may have lost a rafale and they did hit us also although not to the extend of what India did.

Heard BJPs leadership is of the view that terrorism will be considered an act of war. What worries me is that the current government unlike the lovey dovey, spaghetti, lasagne eating congress government, will hit Pakistan back if they keep doing this Palgham like incident or other terror attacks in Kashmir, so we are always at danger of an escalation....

Yaar these guys threatened to rape her and called her a slut and made rude jokes about her sleeping with Muslims. I've never seen a victim of terrorism abused to such an extent. Some Pakistanis abuse Malala for example but not really to this level.

It seems that to many in India this operation was nothing to do with the widows of the Kashmir terrorism. It was just a show of power and lust for blood.

I don't know what the issue is with so many Indians online, but they clearly have them. The ancient Indians understood this very well and that is why they developed wellbeing remedies like yoga and ahimsa.

I pray Indians learn to prioritise their own wisdom once more. :apology

This is a parental failure. It seems like boomer Indians failed to teach good manners to their kids. End result is close to 1-billion of mannerless and obnoxious brats.

Pakistan on Monday strongly criticised recent comments by Indian leaders, describing them as reflective of a hostile and dangerous mindset that undermines regional peace

The statement from Pakistan’s Foreign Office followed remarks made by India’s Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson on May 29, when he claimed that talks on Kashmir would only proceed if Pakistan “hands over Azad Jammu and Kashmir” to India.

Foreign Office spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan said any attempt to blame Pakistan for instability in the region was disconnected from facts. “The international community is well aware of India's aggressive conduct, including documented evidence of support for terrorism inside Pakistan,” he said.

“These realities cannot be hidden behind hollow claims or diversionary tactics,” Khan added.

Reaffirming Pakistan’s position, he stated that the Jammu and Kashmir dispute remains a critical threat to peace in South Asia.

Islamabad, he said, will continue to advocate for a fair and durable settlement of the dispute by UN Security Council resolutions and the wishes of the Kashmiri people.

He said India’s remarks once again proved the futility of relying on nationalism and coercion. “Threats and aggression will not allow India to achieve its goals,” he noted.

While reiterating Pakistan’s commitment to constructive dialogue and peaceful engagement, the spokesperson stressed that the country is equally prepared to safeguard its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

He concluded that sustainable peace in the region requires “seriousness, restraint, and addressing the root causes of conflict”.

Nobody besides Pakistan cares about Kashmir...for India it is a closed and done issue. Only issue is terrorism sponsored by Pakistan. Contrary to some in my country..I don't think India should even try to get POK ...just sign a treaty as it is and end the issue .

Pakistan as a country can exist without China as it has since it's birth .its army will lose importance which would be a mighty good thing for you all

I am very confused. What does he mean by there can never be peace if Kashmir issue is not resolved.
India doesn't want to discuss Kashmir..happy with status quo. So India is not violating any peace. So by that logic..it is Paksitan who violates peace to resolve Kashmir. Pak army doesn't attack India...so who is then violating peace. Read the terrorists armed and sponsored by TSP.
