Kiwis traditionally have been a very strong team and virtually unbeatable at home. They leverage their home conditions to the fullest - the conditions generally favouring swing bowling, the odd ground dimensions and the miniature sized boundaries. They have the players to take full advantage of these conditions and have been the reasons for their dominance.
However in the current series, they seem to be not so prepared. The pitches have been flat and also assisting spin bowlers more than it should, their top order horribly out of form have helped India gain first blood.
Do you think the Kiwis are no longer a force in ODI cricket under home conditions ?
