Help in understanding the purpose of outsourced companies

since my english isnt good, i dont know what outsourced companies do. i am fired from my last job, so now i am applying to an outsourced company, its ibex global.

they have 200+ vaccines available for some social media positions, so i am hoping to get a call for interview.

i have visited thre site, but its really hard to understand what this company do, whatever i can understand, its help other intl brands to help in thre customer support ? or maybe i wrong.

will someone plz clarify this to me in simple english . i will be thankful to them. thanks

Simply speaking they arrange for work to be done without using the hiring companies resources.

So a company wants work done, doesnt want to hire staff - they outsource the work to another company like this one.

A simple example. PP doesn't host the website on its own server. Rather it is outsourcing the database management and hosting facility to another company which will take care of the server while the admin and moderators can focus on the content.

In an organization, if you are recruited as an outsourced, you may be put in any position as it requires. No one can give exact details unless they are in the recruitment process of that specific company.

Why you were fired though? Was it because of the unauthorized absence?

yes it was the reason i got fired, i am feeling depression becoz of it. i am jobless, i also heard corona 2nd wave will soon hit the karachiites.

The culture of hiring and firing is very prevalent in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies. They are known to fire people for the silliest of reasons.
Don't get depressed. Brush up your resume and start job hunting again. You'll surely find something else. Good luck!
