2019 world cup being in England, I think it will be great if PCB work with Ireland cricket and make it our new home base. This way we have following advantages:
1) Exposure to our players will be immense
2) Pak support is huge in IRL, and will also present opportunity for fans who are living in Europe & will be much better considering how pathetic crowd support is in UAE.
3) Time difference would be same as in UAE; so TV rights , marketing sponsors will have no objection.
4) Cost wise also, IRL will be less expensive in hosting matches there.
5) IRL also wants matches desperately, and by new ICC $ allocation; they are also getting fair but of chunk.
6) Scotland will also come and help us.
7) Much better to practice with IRL XI than UAE XI.
8) Setting matches in England is difficult because they also have their schedules and grounds to maintain.
