How can Pakistan recover from a very disappointing ICC World Cup 2023 campaign?

Get these youngsters into the squad and groom them. Organise some a team tours and base the teams around the squad above.
Need to get rid of the dross. Fakhar imam Ifti Rauf Shadab Nawaz faheem hassan all these failures and bottlers need to go back to domestic. They don't deserve to put on the pak shirt. Bring in some youngsters and give them a go. Revamp the entire squad full of young blood with a small mix of seniors. The current crop have been a sheer and utter disgrace at this wc. An embarrassment to the country. Need to make a statement and throw them all out.
Don't compromise on fitness and fielding whatsoever. Also I'm a huge fan of aamer jamal and abrar. Both need to be brought into the playing XI ASAP and persisted with. We need a gun fast bowling all rounder and a gun spinner. Jamals batting is weak but between him and Wasim jr they can sort it out and abrar has world class potential imo.
Babar is a once if a generation batsmen for Pakistan. Take the burden of captaincy off of him and let him concentrate purely on his batting. We can't afford to waste his talent during these golden years. Rizwan too is a match winner but he needs to open, we need his and babars experience.
Bring in a proper batting, fielding, pace and spin bowling coach ASAP and a disciplinarian head coach like Justin langer or the like.
Full change needed. Wishful thinking but one can hope. All I know is the core of this current team are a disgrace and players like Shadab and Rauf are vastly vastly overrated by our fanbase. Get them gone, build for the future.

no, Babar will be retained as captain because PCB doesn't have power to sack him. So most likely Babar will lead Pakistan T20 World cup because only 6 months left.look at the bright side, we will have a new captain for the Australia test tour
