The Covid-19 crisis has brought upon a new phenomena - the artificial noise!

So people watching the game can switch on artificial noise when watching games being played in empty stadiums.

Does this makes sense? Are you fine with this idea or its silly?

I find it so annoying, please stop. The crowd noise is constant, doesn't changes if someone is tackled or fouled or something else happens... it makes it so unbearable.

i watched the games before lockdown with empty stadiums and it was a dead atmosphere almost felt like training, the noise definatly livens it up for us folks atleast

Whats wrong is having water breaks, when its a night match and its raining. no need for it.

It’s not well synced with the actual match, so it’s pointless

Even if it doesn’t react to the actual events on field, artificial noise is still better than a soulless void of silence. The last 3 PSL matches sounded like they were being played in the vacuum of outer space. The empty silence during wickets and sixes was demoralizing. For the players’ sakes, I think it’s needed.
