How do you use your Wrist in fast bowling?

Hey guys, I've been wanting to ask this question but never had the chance.

I've heard people say things like: "If you want to swing the ball, use your wrist more" "great use of the wrist" etc..but I don't understand what they mean by that.

I know the wrist comes in to play when you're trying to swing the ball, but how do you "use" your wrist when delivering the ball?

I personally adjust my wrist before bowling. I lock my wrist and turn it 90 degrees right or left. When I turn it towards the left, my hand naturally moves towards the right and I inswing the ball and vice versa.
