It’s quite something how the PCB keeps attracting top coaches—first Jason Gillespie, Gary Kirsten, and now Mike Hesson—regardless of how things eventually turn out. Maybe the PCB's offer is just too good to pass up?

I mean its really a big thing pcb keep on getting great coaches no matter what they do with them later on first jason now mike hesson got hired maybe pcb deal is too big to miss out on.
There are 7-9 top class international teams in cricket. The big three are usually locked in for longer contracts with the top coaches.

That leaves only a few opportunities for coaches to have a big international name on their cv.

And now with leagues around the world, coaches can win lucrative deals but it’s hard to stand out unless you have international experience.

Naqvi sab is a better diplomat than Ramiz Raja or anyone from that regime.
Naqvi should be given job of a diplomat in Uganda or South Sudan and should leave cricket to the individuals who know something about the game. He is doing a good job in killing Pakistan cricket.

There are only 10 test member nations. And whether you like this or not, Pakistan is also a test member mation and one of the top cricketing nations when compared worldwide.

For any coach, getting an international coaching gig can do then wonders. Because after coaching an international team there is nothing higher than that. If you only coach an international for 1 year, that is a rubber stamp that he has coached a top team.

Thus, limited international teams means limited top coaching job oppurtunities.

Waqar Younis got ipl coaching only cause he was a Pakistani ex coach

Alot of posters here pretend that Pakistan cant get foreign coaches, but they easily can.

Also pcb firing coaches will always play in the coachs favor as that means getting half of theoney back for which they didnt coach
