people dont discuss their metric and fsc score
Well they discuss GSCEs etc so why not this?
How much did you got in urdu and how did you prepared sayako sabakI scored 935/1100 back than it was a good score and I got into my field of choice in Uet lahore , nowadays i guess you have to score something like 970+ to have a decent shot(not sure though, ask someone more recent). Islamiyat is easy as far as i remember i started preparing for it just a month before.
Urdu can be tricky and can cause lot of lower scores because of wierd way of grading essay's and stuff.
936, back in 1998. I'm not sure how that compares to scores these days, but back then, I was ranked in the top 100 in Punjab, and in my little town I was a minor celebrity for a couple of weeks.
Nice... You must have achieve a lot in your life after that...
Nope. That was the high watermark. It was all downhill from there.
What are you doing now a days?Nope. That was the high watermark. It was all downhill from there.
Well most important thing to achieve something in life is luck.... And people in top 100 do't have any more luck than people outside it...
So you saying that everyone got similar amount of luck??
I think you can, in fsc to score 900+, you would need lot of dedication and other qualities...and those qualities would make you failure proof. (I am not saying that to score that high you would need to be special)That you can't predict somebody's luck in life based on school results....

my batch fellows ended up doing whatever they wanted to do...
And batch included a guy who scored 998 to students who got admitted based on quota...90%+ are doing what they aimed for...career wise... big chuck wanted to do css, and almost everyone was successfull (some required 2nd attempt), several wanted to go abroad, all of them are now in usa/canada/Australia etc.
There is a difference between failure-proof, doing what you want and achieving big in life... CSS, going abroad, becoming professioal, that's not same as doing something great...
What do you mean by doing something great?
