How to recover password for outlook account

I just created an outlook account last week but I cant even remember what my password is, I sent a very important email which i need to check but cant.

I went through the account recovery form but because I cant remember the postcode it wont allow me to recover my account even though i remember everything else including an email i sent initially via that account, it didnt ask me for a mobile number or alternate account email when setting up the account, pls pls pls tell me how i can recover this as im furious with myself.

From experience, unless you added a contact number or alternative recovery email addr, it is almost impossible to recover it.

I have had the same issue for years - I have two email accounts, cannot remember the passwords of either, which means it is impossible to access my emails.

Passwords remain on the computer, but unless one knows how to navigate the system of it these passwords are simply out of reach. Have not been able to send or read emails in ages.
