How will India's attitude to Pakistan change if (when) Imran Khan becomes Prime Minister?

Nothing will change, both nations have been built on fundamentally contradictory systems (Islam vs "secularism", which is giving its way to Hindu nationalism, as Jinnah already guessed way back.) Even with a "sympathetic" govt. (Sharif slaves), Modi-fied India will still play its tricks (internal strife, water issues, etc) because they perceive Pak (and a dozen of other countries) as illegitimate for having "stolen" parts of "Akhand Bharat".

If Imran Khan comes to power he should look to cement relations with countries like Turkey/Iran/Malaysia/China.

In all this you forget that India has not attacked and taken over any pakistani territory.

While pakistan supports, funds trains a armed separatist movement in India.

Why is it difficult for Pakistanis to not interfere between Kashmiris and Indians?

Imran has far more important things to do than care about India. Country is at crossroads , CPEC, Economy, Agriculture and all that , It required someone of towering stature to instill national wave of hardwork among masses at this critical time. Also we compare overselves to Turkey not India.
