For all those saying Group stage exit...do you guys think we can't beat SL, WI, AFG and BAN . All we have to do is win 2 games against the remaining lot. I think we'll beat SAF and India . I honestly feel with Aamir and Shadab back in the team will add more depth and options with the bowling. I also feel Hafeez coming in at 5/6 is a good option and adds depth to our batting. We have to improve our fielding, if we field well and do not miss our chances I honestly feel we can go a long way but we need to step it up.

It points to the lack of planning which has been the case with most of the teams. Pakistan ranks so low in their ratings over a longer period which tells something and fans may be in for a heartbreak.Only 2 teams - Aus and Eng look settled and are the favourites.

I agree Pak is in poor form but 5 of those ODIs against Aus were played with non regular players and on top of that Aus and Eng are two of the favourites for semi finals.

Last series Pak played against SA in SA we lost 3-2 and against NZ we were able to draw 1-1. Not saying Pak is going with a strong chance but I guess people are just seeing losses more than the context of those losses.
