I don't think they are abs. I think his fat rolls are shaped like abs.Looks like abs bought in Turkey. No muscle definition anywhere else but he has a six pack.

yea he looks odd. But he is competing with Azam khan. So that is alright i guessThe fact that he has no muscle definition around the pecs makes it look even worse. BBL UZI?

That’s what it seems like to me but idk if they’re that fake either cause he definitely looks thinner. But the abs just look so fake lmao . Kinda like Govinda’s fake abs for movies (google it)Looks like abs bought in Turkey. No muscle definition anywhere else but he has a six pack.
Not fake, I can tell when it's ai or photoshop as that's my line of work. Not saying that I don't believe him ... but this photo looks so fake and the abs look like they've been edited in. I'm not saying that IS the case - it just looks like it lol. Cus if you look at his arms, they have no vascularity or definition whatsoever but he has great abs. Idk how that works bc you would have to have an overall low BF % to get those abs & it should show on his arms too.
So you are saying that Umar has had some surgery to make those fake abs??Not fake, I can tell when it's ai or photoshop as that's my line of work.
It's a liposuction based of incisions.
I'm saying he worked hard and actually has abs and their not fake, but he has clearly done a liposuction as well.So you are saying that Umar has had some surgery to make those fake abs??
Can't accept of deny this as I don't know but you can expect antique stuff from Umar.
I don't like or dislike him. I am talking about the antique stuff he keeps doing on social media in these kinds of situations. He said that he is fit, but where is his performance?I'm saying he worked hard and actually has abs and their not fake, but he has clearly done a liposuction as well.
You people are looking into this way way too deep simply because you don't like UA and view him as a drama bazi when rizwan has been a bigger drama baz then akmal has ever been.
The conspiracy of what he did is hilarious with people acting like their biological fitness experts and using fancy words like uneven 20% muscle complexiton to suit some weak agenda for a player they hate.
UA has become thinner, worked hard and achieved that body composition with a bit of medical treatment to get rid of loose skin. Shpuld he be back in the team? Probably not, tayyab is better but, that doesn't mean we analyse him and act as if Azam Khan is the one who photoshopped himself.
He went down that route before shehzad. Shehzad is the one who followedI don't like or dislike him. I am talking about the antique stuff he keeps doing on social media in these kinds of situations. He said that he is fit, but where is his performance?
I am just talking about priorities. His priority should be make a comeback in team by smashing all stats in domestic, instead of doing unusual stuff on media.
Umad should not go down the route of ahmed shehzad. simple.
He's got a nice smiley on his abs. Hilarious!!UA stating his case![]()
Tbf, he's a much better no 5 then shadabI'd take him and both his brothers over Rizwan and Babar any day
dont know why Pink Panther suddenly came in my mind after watching this pic lol
Him and his cousins all a bunch of jokers when it comes to fashion sense.
he spoiled his career himself... already got too many chances but non of them he grabbed so better now for him to sit behind and do cringe activities on TikTokWhy Umar doesn't get selected to play PSL is beyond me. He is the best hitter of white ball I have seen from Pakistan post 2010.
The problem with Pakistani fans and players is that fans overhype and players buy into the hype.
Umar Akmal was not a once in a generation superstar. The only once in a generation superstar that Pakistan has had since the 2000 era which Misbah has ruined in favour of Muhammad rizwan is Fakhar Zaman who when onsong can basically provide a game over screen for the opposition even if the target is 400.
But UA could have been a fantastic No 3 to no 4 for pakistan. This dude is not as bad as people claim( Yes he's bad now) but in 2014 this man dismantled an atg aussie side in a world cup and got his 2nd odi 100 from no 6 at a very difficult and collapsed position against Afghanistan which no number 6 batsmen could have done from pakistan. If Babar played at 6 with wickets were falling at the other end, he'd depart instantly.
I blame Umar Akmal but I also blame Misbah and I'm suprised no one blames Misbah while they credit him as a saviour lol.
Umar Akmal was literally the biggest drama baz and never felt the need to improve, but who told Misbah to Shove him from no 3 and 4 to no 6/7? Like he did with kamran akmal in the 2012 India series?
Who told Misbah to replace UA for asad shafiq at no 3 in odi?
And why couldn't Misbah keep UA in check? For all the talks of Misbah returning respect back to pakistan cricket thanks to spit fixing scandal, how is this in any manner respect?
Infact Misbah as a coach and selector brought UA back into the side in 2020 when he was already Unfit, Fat, A bigger drama bazi then before?
For the 2nd point, ask someone Who glorifies him as if Misbah is some sort of godfather of cricket.Don't think anyone is discounting his talent - the vast majority of Pak cricket fans/followers put UA in the wasted talent category, acknowledging he had the talent, just not the temperament or discipline to capitalize on it.
Re: Misbah, those who glorify him tend to highlight him as a saviour of the red-ball team not so much the white ball team. His tactics in ODIs have always been seen as rather timid as the game progressed rapidly out of Pakistan's reach between 2010-2015 and beyond while he was stuck playing in a by-gone era.
Why couldn't Misbah keep him in check? Managing every individual is different, maybe Misbah had the management chops to keep all others in check but couldn't handle the antics of a highly talented man-child.
Don't understand what your last point re: bringing him back in 2020 is meant to argue. If Misbah did bring him back and Umar happened to be unfit and even more ill-disciplined at that time, then isn't that UA's fault for not capitalising on a second chance at glory?
For the 2nd point, ask someone Who glorifies him as if Misbah is some sort of godfather of cricket.
For the 3rd part and the 4th part, its not so much as Misbah keeping these 2 in check but mostly causing these 2 to be this way. By 2020 they had no relevance and should never have been brought back, but Misbah deliberately ignores their attitude and performance and kept bringing them back.
For all the talk about restoring respect to pakistan cricket, Misbah sure does give way to more and more drama bazi in the team
I'm referring to Umar Akmal and Ahmed ShehzadI get what you mean re: his views towards Misbah. Not everyone is perfect and while, in my opinion, Misbah did bring back some decency and respect to Pak cricket he also had his bad days at the office.
I will disagree with Misbah causing the 2 to be this way (I assume you mean Umar and Kamran Akmal?) - the level of maturity these guys have demonstrated over the years on-field, on TV, social media, etc. is just something else. I wouldn't blame a guy who happened to captain and manage them for a few years of their professional career for something that is clearly a social development issue/character shortcoming.
They should keep him away from International cricket, but sides should be open to purchasing him for PSL.
Salman Butt?Umar Akmal, Ahmed Shehzad, Abid Ali, Salman Butt like everyone else without exception should be given every opportunity via the domestic seasons to regain their places in the national team's be it test odi or t20
Via the domestic, meaning actually having to play, no one is stopping him from coming out of retirement.Salman Butt?
LOL you serious, he is not playing cricket and retired some time ago.
Salman butt is 40+, he ain't coming back.Umar Akmal, Ahmed Shehzad, Abid Ali, Salman Butt like everyone else without exception should be given every opportunity via the domestic seasons to regain their places in the national team's be it test odi or t20
Yes, I'm aware of all these things, as I'm sure are all the gentleman's names themselves that I've mentioned, but you guys seem to want point detail specially for everyone to see why they cannot. I don't understand why you guys making such a big drama about it. Everyone playing in Pakistan domestic leagues especially 4d cricket (depending on ability) deserves a spot in Pakistan national team.Salman butt is 40+, he ain't coming back.
Abid Ali is 36 and had a heart attack, he's also done.
Ahmed Shehzad and UA had their chance in 2020, their finished now
Because the goal should be to develop the team for 2027 wc, not look for quick fixesYes, I'm aware of all these things, as I'm sure are all the gentleman's names themselves that I've mentioned, but you guys seem to want point detail specially for everyone to see why they cannot. Quick fixes ?Because the goal should be to develop the team for 2027 wc, not look for quick fixes
Let's say salman butt performs and tops the domestic charts.Quick fixes ?
your not a fan of Salman Butt and thats fine, but your best batsman has been holding the development of pak cricket hostage for years and your happy to ignore all that, you are also happy to ignore unretired players in the recent t20wc debacle. You can blame Salman Butt for everything that is wrong (personally I wouldn't let Babar and co captain ever again)Let's say salman butt performs and tops the domestic charts.
What good will it do for pakistan? One of the biggest issues with Misbah's captaincy amd his stint post captaincy and as a coach is that he chose people who obviously cannot represent Pakistan for long meaning by the time the world cup comes along Pakistan wouldn't have a team.
I still remember pre wc 2015, it was such a mess that pakistan didn't even know who would open amd was cycling through 5 opening options including YK as one of them.
Misbah selected Zulfiqar Ali Babar at the age of 37 and despite having a dream debut, he wasnt available for wc 2015 cause he was already 40 at the time and with the bam of hafeez and ajmal, Misbah had no spinner for 2015 besides afridi and haris sohail(who wasn't a full time spinner at the time)
Similarly he selected 37 year old Irfan for the 2020 Australian series which ended in misery and irfan was no where to be seen.
Not since 2011 (excluding 2017) has Pakistan had a settled squad. 2015 was a mess with zero direction as to who'd be the top order and MO, 2021, 2023 and 2024 have followed the same story.
You put salman butt in, he'll be gone before the next ct and then pakistan is left without a developed top order option
I would still take Umar Akmal in the top order over Rizwan, or babar
Umar Akmal had such an insane peak in T20’s early on on all fronts, even with the numbers which folk worship, they regressed due to poor management but he still played a valuable utility role because the team wanted that, even though it was not right for Pakistan cricket. The guy was ahead of his time, the T20 team is awful now and it’s because we don’t have players with Umar Akmal’s ability or mentality.
Ya”ll didn’t appreciate what you had.
UA in his prime 2014 days(not now) is miles superior to any Pakistani Middle order batter in the current t20 unit.He never took any responsibility for his poor performances and fitness, was eventually found out and exposed badly at the international level..
Fame got to his head, the responsibility for his downfall lies with him alone...
Pathetic attitude, shameless character, should never be allowed near the Pak team...

His goal should be retirement..he should try the t20 leagues abd then the senior circuit.. would make a decent living for 5 years..
He did his best for what the team wanted, a lower order hitter which was preposterous. T20 cricket doesn’t need to be overly complicated, sure some aspects he could have done a little better but his gross miss-management ultimately should take the bulk of the blame as far as his T20 prospects were concerned, he still did well in that format and looking back, compared to what you have now, it’s night and day, no artificial stats can prove otherwise.
He always failed under pressure... throwing away his wicket casually...
Lacked the temperament for big matches...
Like I said, he is responsible for his own downfall...
Talent without handwork and direction amounts to nothing... let's move on - nothing good can come out of re-inducting him in our team...
Might be too late for him to work harder now... better for him to build his career in Tik Tok lol

No he is not, he has had his fair share of chances... If you haven't watched his performances in 2014 T20 WC, 2015 ODI WC and 2016 T20 WC, I recommend your visit those.. and look at his appalling fitness levels...Umar even past his best days is far superior to the saints who participated in the WT20 recently. He delivered in the T20 format, but his potential was not maximised due to poor leadership and mismanagement. You need talent/hard-work, but more than that a leader and support system to bring out your best and squeeze every last drop you have, a foreign concept for most covid fans who can’t comprehend such basic stuff, even with the current affairs involving the platform created by Stokes/Baz for the infant talent in our country which are performing at the highest level.

I doubt if any captain or leader has ever stoped him from scoring... he just does not have it in him..
The current crop of players is pathetic, but that does not mean that Umar Akmal is an exceptional cricketer who can be our saviour, let's stop being delusional...
I can very well comprehend the role of a leader and its limitations... not over-hyping tried and tested failures who cannot understand the role of fitness in sports and choose to get constantly embroiled in off-field controversies...Mental deterioration and possibly the current state of the team will put you in a place where you seriously consider bringing him back, but the fact that you can’t begin to comprehend the role of a leader in the continued progression of a sportsman is a reflection of your own deficiencies and lack of experience. For what it’s worth, the UA from those tournaments, would be much better positioned to exploit the PP overs if we were to somehow teleport him to the current side, I have to spell this out for the less intellectually blessed.
Umar Akmal in his prime 2009-2014 is a very mediocre cricketer with extremely poor fitnessI can very well comprehend the role of a leader and its limitations... perhaps you should educate yourself about not over-hyping tried and tested failures who cannot understand the role of fitness in sports and choose to get constantly embroiled in off-field controversies...
And if you are delusional enough to believe that Umar Akmal is the answer to Pakistan cricket's problems, my sympathies with you my friend... I hope you see the light soon...

what else u can expect from Lord Umar Gayle Akmal.. that is what he is capable of! lolWhile captaining the Nuwara Eliya Kings, Umar Akmal scored 1 off 4 balls against the Jaffna Titans in the Lanka T10 2024
