Kohli should utilize Jadhav. What's the point of playing him so many games before WC if you don't utilize his batting or even his bowling for that matter?

KL hasn't done as poorly as some are making it sound like. He made a good 50 and a solid opening partnership in an important match against Pakistan. Got starts against both Afghanistan and WI.

Of course anyone replacing Dhawan will look a lesser batsman. But yeah, if KL could just tee off in the first PP like he tries to do in the IPL, then it's better. Gives more time to Rohit and we know he loves that. Right now KL Rahul is batting like Rohit Sharma. The problem is he isn't playing more than the first 50 balls of a Rohit Sharma-like innings.

This is a comedy of errors that might help India. Why is DK in the team? Not sure if Mayank can come in right away. For now it looks like the same team that played Eng except for Bhuvi for Chahal or Kuldeep

He is very slow. Rohit and Kohli are slow starters as well. That puts a lot of pressure in run chases. Rahul strikes at 69. It's unbelievable. It's not like he makes a big score and makes the SR later. He plays an outrageous stroke and gets out after getting set. That's criminal

Whoever it is, if you pick him, why hiding him. Better drop him. He always comes to bat at 7 and hardly looks any effective, hardly bowls and ain't an impact player either.

Unfortunately, India have to go with five bowling options it seems. But all these guys will contribute well on-field and can be very effective chasing big total on flat pitches. As tail starts with 8, India have no other option but to keep extra batsmen.

If we come to a scenario of chasing 260 and pitch is tricky, Dhoni can hold the inning and see of the chase for the team. Jadeja should be better kept as 12th man. He is well on his way to become the greatest 12th man to have played for India.

That's the problem right now. KL should be told to just play the way he plays in the IPL. Even a 25 ball 40 from KL would be a better start for Rohit's sake than a 50 at a SR of 75.

Just tell KL Rahul to go play like he is playing a T20.

Yeah now I want him and Pant in the team. I want to see them living up to your hype. They disappointed me against England. Lets hope Pandya and Pant can crush Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

I think they did try (Pant & Pandya), "disappointing" word is too harsh (Unless they fail like this even after 3-4 years of experience in International Cricket!") likewise I understand you don't like our "hype" for these players! Actually we are not hyping them as you look at it! We are hyping them only because that's the only way we can put pressure on selectors/management to get rid of stubborn oldies! Otherwise fresh water will not replace stagnant water so easily in Indian World (still politics overrides professionalism in India!) All your logic applies only to professional/developed countries (Most people will not let our country to change to "developed" from "developing" so easily!)
