More like you're grabbing at straws to justify rizzu.

I've said it dozens of times, if you wanna replace fakhar for being poor in t20, you replace him with a more consistent impactful batsmen, not a bottler and a softie.

Falhar would do 100x better then >>>>> Rizwan in t20 of he played for himself and ducked like a coward.

Fakhar plays for the team and you can see that by him trying to get the dls score. What is babar doing? Rizzu would do no better in this scenario.

Bro I don’t even mind that. His abilities or lack thereof are known. But to not even get off strike immediately is a shame. He’s putting Fakhar under so much pressure

All NZ have to do is get Babar on strike and bowl dot balls.
 
Babar really needs to support fakhar here, can’t leave it all to him put more pressure on him it’s ridiculous

I am convinced that we have lost multiple games in this WC because of Babar putting his partners under pressure.

He has really been exposed this WC.
 
Fakhar is at his best today. Great innings however this is what Sharjeel at 70% would produce

At the very least we could have Fakhar and Saim/Sharjeel opening instead of Abdullah Technique
 
Babar really needs to take the pressure off Fakhar. He needs to just go for it, we’ve got other players to stabilise anyway , just go for it
 
Required run rate is 9 an over
Just have to stick to wicket with couple of boundaries on the ground each over minimum

Rizwan has been brilliant in t20 format. Won many important games including against India
 
fakhar has that navy strength. he has clearly worked hard on his physique.
 
Now it seems it was blunder to drop fakhar on these pitches . They back him in wrong series and dropped where he would perform lol
 
Wonderful Fakhar, almost alone kept PAK in the contest.
@GLORY OF '92 - can you recall … dropping Imam for FZ.

He is just too old to invest for 2027, but till 2025 should be unquestionable No. 1 in the order.

Exactly pressure mounting on Fakhar and he will just hole out going for too many big shots.

then open with shafique and fakhar against netherlands, where the game would have been a confidence booster instead of the game he was dropped after
just imagine a full confidence fakhar when top 4 was still attainable... oh well 😔

Exactly. Fakhar can only do so much. It’s a shame that Babar is not even trying and solely relying on Fakhar. What an absolute selfish player.

If I see Babar celebrating his 50, I will honestly lose it

wrong he's one, only one important game against India which was low pressure due to the chase score being low amd bowlers doing a stellar job.

Everything else was b or c tier scoring.

^^ Rozzu had a massive massive part to play. Which game has fakhar lost for Pakistan? Name one? He's gotten out yes, but name one game where fakhar hasn't tried to keep up the rr and play for the team and win it for his country? The guy fought to the end for a 194 against sa.

Rizzu 55 of 49 cost the game against Sri Lanka in the final. He took 10 overs to get a 60 score against aus in semi final which cost us as we were 30 to 40 runs short?

The guy chockes the rr, which babar is also doing atm

PAK is way ahead in DWL calculations- 114/1 par after 20 & 102/1 after 18
