That was such a good effort from the South Africans. They gave it their all but I just feel they took their foot off the pedal when Arafat departed thinking it was over. Umar Gul played a blinder, getting lucky with a few mistimed shots falling into the gaps. Pakistan's batting needs to be better than that. Much better than that. Excellent bowling performance from the spinners but not so much with the pacers. Same for Saffies.

Well played boys. South Africa are a very disciplined unit. They will do very well I think if their batting can shine. Key is getting Amla early and AB otherwise they will seriously punish you. Duminy isn't too bad either.
