Inzi signals for T which is the challenge, but I think he thinks it means that they'll bring out some tea and biscuits for him.

I assumed you meant he is a poor cricketer, and has no skills left, due to a misfield.

I felt it was harsh to say that over a misfield, when he got 67 of only 38 balls.

He's never been a good Test bowler frankly.. but when he was injury-free and in form, he was a fantastic ODI bowler.

I really hold him in high stead - he's one of those people that would easily die for their country, plays with his heart on his sleeve every single game. Top performer, top person as well.

have the selectors given him a consistent run in the test team ? form what i see he would have proved to be a batter test bowler , than even ODI's ...being an attacking blower he would be expensive in some matches , he goes for wickets and bound to be expensive some times ....I think such bowlers are more successful in the longer format of the game wer they dont have to worry about leaking runs...Naved wud have been lethal in tests & you selectors messed up big time branding as a odi bowler !

No I have been away as well so haven't really noticed.
He travels for business purposes so he is probably busy.
 
Damn ! I missed this game. Another unsurprisingly performance from Yousuf, has he showed little patient, all would have been fine with him in the future, but that selfish greedy b@$!@^&. Sorry for the bursting anger i to react, but brilliant performance from the rest of players contribution for the team. I, never thought the tea could possibly reach to Final after the disappointing, consistent failure from the beginning of this tournament including earlier in previous both tournament.

The Guy is averaging close to 40 with his bat at a strike rate of 160.0 and has managed to gather 14 wickets at an astounding rate of 11.78...I mean the guy can easily walk into any ODI side at this moment...Major screw up by a bunch of clowns sitting in the PCB... :)))

Rana needs to be in Pak ODI team. He can bowl and bat better than Tanvir.
 
I'm tempted to dig out those 'Rana is crap / needs to be dropped / should never play for Pak again' threads that were created when he last played for us.....

Boy... it sure is'nt easy coming anymore to pakpassion due to expanding family especially as my two kids are getting older and naughtier ! I miss coming to pakpassion but such is the hecticness of my life that it has become a once in a blue moon affair.

Coming back to today's match between lahore badshahs and chennai superstars, it was a superb and electrifying match to watch. Lahore badshahs have picked up form in their last four matches to make it to the semi finals stage. Although the team as whole have done splendidly to get to stage where they are but there are a few players who stand out more than others. There few who stand out are imran nazir, rana naved ul hasan and saqlain mushtaq. I believe from these three atleast two should be picked into pakistan's test and one day teams. And those two should be none other than rana naved and saqlain. I thought rana and saqy would never be good enough to be considered making comebacks but i am so glad i and many other pakistanis have been proven wrong !.

There a few weak links despite the great win by lahore badshahs, they need to drop a few players who have played so far. These few are the real weak links and dropping them for the semi final is vital. I watched the last four matches of lahore badshahs on zee tv and a few players have continued to perform poorly. A batsman called khalid who is also the wicket keeper and tahir mughal the fast medium bowler . I remember looking at domestic records of some pakistani fast bowlers who the years on cricinfo web site and thought their records were very impressive for one day and first class cricket. These bowlers who have almost in every season excelled and been in top ten of every version of domestic cricket are familiar names. The likes of waqar ahmed, wasim khan, samiullah khan, tahir mughal, sarfraz ahmed and abdur rauf. I have been watching tahir mughal bowl in the last four ICL 2020 matches and he has'nt impressed me at all.

I believe lahore badshah need to play a extra spinner in the semi final and final of ICL. I saw arshad khan at the benches and believe he will be more than handy as you all will remember. Arshad from what i recollect due to the advantage of his height produced good bounce to keep batsmen at bay and took wickets whilst giving runs at a economical rate.

Azhar mahmood's last over leaked far too many runs for comfort and tahir mughal has been a complete weak link in the last four matches i have seen him bowl. Drop tahir and bring in arshad khan, two spinners in 2020 matches is vital.

Tanvir has Potential though.

Rana can get in for Shoaib Akhtar, Rao or Afridi.

People need to calm down. Seriously just after 1-2 games in an ICL 20/20 tourney a player who was really out of form when he last played for Pakistan does something, he is proclaimed to be one of the best.... zzzz

If Rana was doing amazing things with the ball and bat, or getting injured prior to being dropped, he wouldn't have been dropped.
