If I were Ahmed Shehzad, I would be very worried

Man if he's trying to comeback into the test team then he can't be far, with that being said this has been a common Shehzad innings
 
His shameless self promotion on social media makes me sick.
 
It’s so difficult to watch Shehzad bat. His such a timid selfish batsman whose body language suggests as if he is the next Tendulkar. I wish all that show off and fake swagger could translate into meaningful contributions for his team.

His gotten fitter and lost weight no doubt, but his batting has regressed. He never had the ability to rotate the strike, but before the head injury he could atleast put the bad balls away.
 
Some people have problem with Shezad the person and not Shehzad the cricketer.
 
A selfish and mediocre player who has played 10 years of international cricket. Only in Pakistan.

He always had the ability but had the wrong influence. I think his attitude has improved now, and if he backs himself more instead of worrying about his wicket, he can do very well across formats.

Yes thinking the same.He is a bit nervous ,When he has backing from management he can do well.
 
The “Shehzad is selfish” brigade should be quiet for a while.
 
I really liked him when he started playing for Pakistan and really wanted him to succeed, but then i noticed that this guy has very limited talent, plus time and time again, he has played selfish innings and tweeted about stuff that he should not have. To me, he is mentally unfit to ever play for Pakistan again. He is playing a good innings today, but even in that he has missed some very easy deliveries. It is time we all move on.
 
Their is one glaring issue in his batting: his the worst at rotating strike. His high percentage of dot balls has a negative impact on the team. If and unless he changes that he doesn’t deserve to play for Pakistan.
 
We have invested in him a lot, after been through many ups and down, he is finally ready to pay his dues back to Pakistan cricket, should be picked again.
 
One good knock and he should be in the team. If that’s the criteria, many others should also be in the team.
We have seen everything about him. He is a minnow basher, will go missing in important games. Just look at his international strike rate, he gets bogged down by average bowlers.
 
Sad state of affairs, PSL was supposed to promote youngsters, instead we're seeing threads of Shehzads and Misbahs being bumped, is it 2019 or are we back in 2014?

No both his attitude and game are the same. If he has improved either one of them he can knock the door of selectors.

He and UA are dramabaaz which we have seen for decades. They are the ones to blame for their career downfall.

Yes promote youngsters lol, but which promising youngster batsmen has made a mark.. the ones given chances look like hacks without any basics of batting covered in their technique like rizwan, ahsan so far. The ones who PP thinks good are warming the bench

Should've been out earlier, the keeper missed easy stumping. I really wouldn't count the scores on this Karachi ground, if these are the grounds our batsmen score their runs on in domestic its no wonder we have the worst batting in international cricket.

You're not wrong, but he is scoring over these same batsmen playing at home.

Everyone has chances in most innings. Rarely will you find a missed drop or chance in big innings.

How was it personal? They required 4 runs to win. And the other bats couldnt hit to save their lives. Look at our so called captain who batted like a tailender and got out for a golden duck.

Played a good innings but a lot of poor bowling. So much full tosses that he feasted on. You can't really blame him for the loss though- Anwar Ali played a awful shot and Bravo was horrendous.

Great knock, not good for couple of people who are jealous of Shehzad and always find some way to criticize him, pathetic on their part.

What is wrong with you? The other bat couldnt clearly finish it. Thats why he had to take the responsibility. If you have to blame someone, blame DJ Bravo who wasted the whole previous over by playing dots and the one before?
