He only played 7 tests in SENA not big enough of a sample, he doesn't have great stats, I know. That's why I said potential. Rauf may average 21 but he looses matches. Once again Stats don't tell the whole story. Like Asad Shafiq stats wise he looks fine, even made centuries (in SA and Australia ) but out of 77 test matches he never got a single player of the match because never won a single game on his own. He did well when others were performing when pressure came, he never stood up. but good stats.Averages 58 in SENA countries. Weird that SENA teams prepared spinning or flat tracks for him, lol.
And yes, his fake age is all his claim to fame. If he wasn't touted as some wonder teen no one would have hyped him up. But since his debut he has only gone backwards, not improved.
And I seriously cannot see how a bowler who averages 35 in t20s is better than someone who averages 21.
