What's new

India (167/8) defeat Australia (119) comfortably by 48 runs to go 2-1 up in the 5-match T20I series

Hahahaha talk nah. Who are going to win the match

Maybe you need a new lesson today how to not talk rubbish and celebrate top early .

:klopp :kp
That comment was made when I was not watching. See my comment after I watched a couple of overs towards the end of Indian innings

Haha this time gill has taken the catch

Australia 119 all out at home by WORLD NUMBER ONE SIDED.

India lead the series 2-1 with one game to go.

Australia saved by rain in first T20 otherwise it would have been 3-1 lead

:klopp :kp

Despite Gill's test batting India wins comfortably..... this is why Team India is World No.1 side

You should apologise to Indian fans by saying World no. 1 team playing test cricket in T20 .

India won by 49 runs. Talk nah

:klopp :kp
I already told you when I made that comment. Now are you ready for crash course?

Do I care when and where you made that comment. You sake same things in 2nd T20.

This is my team which is best in the world by a long distance

If India played Arshdeep at MCG, then it would have been 4-0 up

Best only in Asia. Start winning tournaments in non spinning conditions to considered number 1. Like Australia do all around the world

We have won the World cup in Westindies/ USA where your team lost against USA

We have won last T20 series in South Africa

We have won last T20 series in NZ

We have won last t20 series in England, Lanka etc

We have won last T20 series in Australia and likely to win another series in next t20 day.

We have won the Asia cup including 3-0 win against Pakistan.

India is by far the best team in the world , no one came close

:klopp :kp

Only best in T20.

Not in Test. :inti
I was only talking about T20 .

But accross The formats india is best .

For limited over - India

For test - no one is clear number one but going by WTC South Africa is best but for me its Australia.

:kp

Axar gave us a little momentum.gill batted as if its others responsibility to score quick
One of the main reason openers have to be proactive is to throw their bowling plans off. Australia was not pushed to change their plans. It hurt the lower order .

two streaks broken on this tour
- India with finally winning a toss after 19 attempts in the Hobart match
- Shivam Dube's winning streak coming to an end in the Melbourne game, but it was good whilst it lasted - what was it -25 matches or so?

Good win - team combos working well...great going!

He pathetically continued it till the end.that was selfishness to the core.

This is why tuktukraj serving the drinks to india A players while gill is Boss of indian cricket. Like Tuktukraj your garbage opinion doesn't matter .

:klopp :kp
@Devadwal Garbage gill still can't score a 50 against Australia in 7 attempts while getting all the backing from coach.

Ruturaj hit 58 ball 123* in the limited opportunities.

Btw not interested in your garbage opinion

Best only in Asia. Start winning tournaments in non spinning conditions to considered number 1. Like Australia do all around the world
When did Australia win a T20 WC in non spinning conditions lol.

Anything to discredit India.

Australia have won only one T20 WC and that too in that toss world cup.

India have won two, both away from home in completely different conditions and kicked out Australia in both.

And the last WC, India played the USA leg in pace friendly conditions.

Remember New York where Pakistan could not chase 120?

Good comeback by the Indian bowlers given Australia were 67/1 at one stage and looking in control of the chase

Can't blame them, 90s was a good time for them.
Not even that good. They were solid but weren’t a match for Australia and SA. On par with WI in the early 90s and then SL in the late 90s.

They were just better than India hence the fond memories lol.

If India were as bad/worse as Pakistan right now, I’m pretty sure Pakistani fans would have been a lot happier even if their own team was as bad as it is now.

India’s excellence magnifies their mediocrity.

Can't blame them, 90s was a good time for them.
They enjoyed their best time in the 80's. Apart from the 92' WC, the 90's was nothing spectacular for them. Imagine that 90's team lost a Test series at home each to Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe. And that was when Sri Lanka were proper minnows (94'). Add to that getting whitewashed in Australia in 99', losing all 3 of their WC matches against India. But they were better than India, no doubt.

Living in the 90s, are we?
I'll say it again, start winning tournaments in non spinning conditions.
Aus won a WC in UAE, conditions that are dissimilar to home

India won a World Cup in England in 1983, World Championship Series in Australia in 1985, T20 WC 2007 in South Africa, T20 WC 2024 in West Indies, Champions Trophy 2013 in England & beat Australia in Australia in 2018 & 2021.

Australia haven't won in India since the fluke in 2004.

And South Africa 2007 was similar to home?

USA/WI 2024 was similar to home?

Both tournaments highest wicket taker for India were pacers.

2007 final MoM was Irfan

2024 MoT was Bumrah

India played only one full time spinner in 2024 and in the US leg (where Ind pacers defended 120) they played none.

Asia Cup which was actually spinning conditions India played 2 full time spinners.

2024 US leg was pace friendly and WI leg was flat.

And ODI WC in India 2023. That's what they do. WTC in England
We were talking about T20s. This entire thread is about that. About how India is the best T20 team.

India has also won an ODI WC and CT in England btw.

India has won more ICC titles outside Asia/spinning conditions than Pakistan has all time.

Posters like @Ahmed216 to discredit India’s 2024 win are mistakenly labeling the WI leg as “spinning conditions”.

Thing is since Pakistan never made it to the WI they never saw the matches so I understand the confusion lol.

Lol Why are you so insecure? Me discrediting India should not make much of a difference.
The same England you defeated in 2024 semifinal on a spinning mamba pummelled you in 2022 semi final by 10 wickets in Aus.

Lol I have mentioned tournaments from last 5 years and you have to go as far back as 1983.

Indian victories are genuine and Aussie victories are fluke. Entitled mentality

ICC trophy won by india in last 17 month's -3

ICC already won by Pakistan in entire cricketing history -3

And there was another match after that?

The final? Which was won by the pacers?

And six more matches earlier? Won by the pacers too? Including the defense of 120 vs Pak which you surely remember?

And 2022 wasn’t even the same attack. The T20 GOAT Bumrah was missing.

so 2022 comes after 2024
so who has the last laugh

I don't think those statements(the one you replied to) are being made from reality. They are just a form of denial.
