Dull thread so far.I am the 3rd person to post when there is already more than 20 overs of the match gone! People have lost their interest in a match involving west Indies.

West Indies is losing their course after a reasonably good start.Wickets in a regular intervals is not helping their cause.Need a big partnership.
 
Another boring ODI.

As per Cricinfo, this is a belter of a pitch. Still WI crawling at less than 4 RPO.

Of late the most interesting things about Dhoni are the debates about whether he should be retiring pronto.

Sad to see a man of his stature come to this. Good sportsmen must always retire on a high.
 
I still see Karthik and Dhoni in the eleven. Idiotic selection by Kohli. He is the worst we have had for long long time.

Indian Cricketers do not know when to retire. If it is up to them, they will play well into their 50's.

Sad part is, these Indian cricketers do not retire even when the possible replacements are already available.

He stands up when it matters, he can't be bothered with these pointless games against inferior opposition, that too in a batsman paradise; he's not what you would call an overly rated bottler but a champion performer regardless of the circumstances.
 
CI tells - Dinesh Kartik is batting at 4 for IND. This has to be one of those days, I never thought I'll ever see (well, I am not watching, at least).
 
How much did karthik score in first class games? They are always talking about his fabulous first class season.
 
West Indies are the horrible team. losing a game to them is cardinals sin. I would stop watching cricket if my team lose multiple games to this team.

Many teams have not belonged in major tournaments in past if we go by how they did just before and in the tournaments, but you still want to play in major tournaments.

Anyway, Rankings in ODI is meaningful becasue Pakistan, BD and WI were fighting with each other to play in CT and ranking was a determining factor. I recon, it pllays some part in WC too.

teams that are bottom of the list have this excuse.. I have seen quite a few pak fans on social media jumping up and down when they were no 1 in test for a few milli seconds.

Recently? You talking about the one last year, where you won the 4 match series 2-0 (drew two games against the mighty Windies) and we became #1 in the Test rankings? :ashwin And even then, the WI team has made some changes since then and are now a better outfit.

We only drew couple of test matches that too due to rain. Your team lost a test match. Not only in Windies, you lost at home as well.

Btw we have already won champions trophy multiple times. You thought we have never won a champions trophy. Also you guys had been calling this as useless trophy. Now all in sudden it's as big as world cup.

Only those cry about rankings when they have an empty trophy case to show.

Haytmer who? Lol all in sudden newbies are world beaters. Bravo is far better than newbies you mentioned. Wait till this haytmer and hope to score against us. With the way it has been going for the past 10 yrs, we don't lose a test match against them like other team who lost not only a test in windies, even at their den.

Like I said we have won countless number of icc games against you. Now you have won a game after losing a ton. Don't worry we will be back to our usual business once icc event title has the text world in it.:))

Like I said we thrashed you in almost all other icc games. Losing one out of 10 is not a big deal. Underdogs win once in a while. Btw congrats for winning one out of 10. :))

Yes, very hard to bat on a road in sunny conditions against Jason Holder, Kesrick Williams, Ashley Nurse, Rovman Powell and Roston Chase.

Only a champion like Kohli can take advantage of such circumstances.

Although they should matter in Tests, as there are no tournaments in that format.

We have already won this tournament a few times and beating pak is nothing new for us. We even thrashed you in this tournament. Anyway keep repeating the same that I am burning.

You seem to be burning that your team is still no 6 in the list and lost multiple test matches to club level team like windies.:))

You are wrong. Pakistan were already out of the final in 07. I recall they were 7 down around 70 something until Misbah came and played one of the biggest fluke in cricket history
