What's new

India beat Australia by 6 wickets in last ODI (Aus win series 4-1)

Get the feeling we're going to see yet another 200 today.. Warner was due one since a long time..

Mostly Pakistan fans complain about these big scores in Odis because their lallu batsmen are still stuck in days of Imran Khan and can't adapt to fast pace of scoring.

And they make personal attacks when this point is raised.. strange guys

Bumrah has been awesome on his debut.

Senior bowlers should bury their heads in Arabian desert on a hot summer day.

Sandeep I'm a fan of the game and would to see an even contest between bat and ball. It's got nothing to do with Pakistan.

:))) We've seen how well India have done throughout this series.

Warner will have to be n Super man mode from here to score a double.

I think Warner will get 150 and he will be gone.

I'd like to wish Jasprit Bumrah best of all luck on his international career. I know that the Guju's would take all the credit, but he is a Punjabi regardless of where has been born. Good luck to him. He seem to have started up his career with a decent beginning.

P.S He is not a vegetarian freelance_cricketer

When a player like Anwar Ali is playing for Pakistan, I think we shouldn't be mocking Indian bowling

Its almost impossible to beat Aus in ODI's on their grounds. They have the perfect batsmen and bowlers to excel in those conditions.

It's a poor call to bowl first here. I think, 275 will be too much for IND, but AUS is likely to finish with 300+

Century coming up for Rohit Or Kohli and Rehane. You heard it first here. SHhhhhhhh

We managed 300+ in all innings while batting. Not utterly destroyed by Aus.

Yay celebrating moral victories again

Honestly Sri Lanka, India and Pak have got drubbings in Oceania so far. We need to salvage some pride as subcontinent teams...

Needs to get that Hitman fitness. Hitting 2 daddy doubles is no joke from Sharmaji. Backing him to notch up another 100 today.

Warner when injured is still fitter than Rohit.

Problem is Warner's concentration. He loses focus once he reaches 3 figure mark.

Teams in the past used to get mauled in ODI's in Australia. This Indian team scored 300 on all occasions and actually should have won 2 games out of 4. Choking to the core.

There are no moral victories. Thanks to Rohit and Virat, we lost respectfully.

That's a moral victory - you still got a 4-0 drubbing no matter how 'close' the scores looked.

Marsh wants to make the most of this once in a lifetime opportunity against Indian bowlers.

Indians are lucky that Maxwell ain't playing :))

And the Aussie bowling attack isn't that great either :))

India U-19 415 for 4 after 45 overs in the Warm up game against Canada :))

I saw the U-19 team practice. My first thought was " wish i was 3 years younger so i could walk in, slap those boys across their face and tell the coach Norfolk(whatever the name is) to pick me. Saw them getting murdered by the senior batsmen Gunasekara. Our best luck was post 2011. Hiral scored 50 runs at the SR of 120 vs the likes of M.Johnson, Lee and Tait. He was only 19 then. We screwed the chance as we didn't have proper faculty to develop the likes of Hiral Patel, Gunasekara, N.Kumar and Hamza Tariq.

Its not completely one-sided as the series indicates. India had its moments.

Its clear India needs a coule of big hitters at No.5 and N0.6.

SL atleast won an ODI series vs Australia and drew an ODI series without Sanga in one and in one without Malinga. Test is another story. Don't think SL lost any T20 series vs Australia as of yet either. India on the other hand has been getting phainty in RSA, England, Australia and NZ for a while now.

Yet you show your class by attacking personally. Anyway, I'm done. Thanks Sir.

I want Kohli to captain India, MS Doni reminds me of Rajnikanth sometimes but he should just retire from INTl cricket.

I see no hope for Canadian cricket at all :)) . There simply is no incentive though would've been cool to see you play for the U-19s, alas, why don't you try for the senior team?

India deserves this Phainta for giving Canada Phainta. Congrats India u-19 has scored 420+ runs in 44 overs vs Canada.

The only way India wins either a Test or ODI or T20 is when the ball turns.

Indian bowling strength is spin and on these flat wickets, Indian spinners are negated easily. Pace bowlers are useless.

Too old for U-19, not at the level of where the senior team is. Im still too raw. Didn't know what my true worth was till i got too old for U-19. My last chance is 2016 Canada College-University championship. If i do well, I'll let start a thread. Thought I was gonna play last year, was heart broken not my see name there but saw instead saw people who had graduated couple of years ago representing my uni.

Where is Rizwan Cheema these days? He was such a big hitter and Offcourse Alan Davidson.

Does anyone care? It's u19 cricket. It doesn't matter.

I care cause it was about who could afford to attend academies vs players who couldn't. Knowledge is power. If you have kids enroll him in an cricket academy cause he will have edge over the players who can't or dont attend academies.

We just don't have the batsmen to compete with OZ. Not saying that Yadav wasnt poor. But Kohli and Rohit apart, who do we have that can take apart bowlers Luke Warner Smith,Maxwell - basically the entire OZ lineup can? Therein lines the difference

He played for BPL, he actually has passion, Canadian domestic is actually competitive, that is why it is hurtful to see our team struggle. Cheema hit a double ton last year. According to Cheema's claim and others claim the rest of the players (most not all) don't have the same passion. John Davison is actually the spin coach of the current Australian team, not the u-19, the senior Australian team's spin bowling coach. Yes im serious.
