It doesn't matter how one "looks", as we can see with Sanju Samson right now. Rana has been mediocre in domestic cricket and has been mediocre in the few chances he got for India 'A'. Dube played clutch knocks for India 'A' in the middle order and rightfully got a place in the Indian team.
