Following India's recent missile strikes on Pakistani territory, the future of the PSL and IPL hangs in uncertainty. With diplomatic relations strained and security concerns mounting, questions arise about player participation, venue changes, and the overall stability of these premier cricket leagues. Will the conflict force disruptions that reshape the tournaments?

NZ Cricket 'monitoring' situation in India and Pakistan
New Zealand Cricket is monitoring the escalating political situation in India and Pakistan, where more than a dozen Kiwi internationals are playing their trade as professional players, including former skipper Kane Williamson.
When contacted by 1News today, NZ Cricket said it was aware of reports that India had fired missiles at what the nation's representatives described as non-military “terrorist” targets in Pakistan, resulting in several deaths.
Pakistan has promised to retaliate.
The development marks an escalation in the long-simmering conflict between the neighbouring nuclear powers.
In a statement, NZ Cricket said: “NZ Cricket is aware of the relevant reports. We continue to assess the security environment for our players and coaching staff in all overseas environments to ensure they're in receipt of the most updated advice.
“This includes our national men's A team in Bangladesh, and New Zealanders involved in both the IPL and the PSL. These security assessments are current and ongoing.”
The two professional cricket leagues in India and Pakistan are lucrative sidelines for international players.
IPL: (India) Devon Conway, Rachin Ravindra, Trent Boult, Bevon Jacobs, Mitchell Santner.
PSL: (Pakistan) Kyle Jamieson, Michael Bracewell, Finn Allen, Mark Chapman, Daryl Mitchell, Tim Seifert, Kane Williamson, Colin Munro.
