better over that for Pakistan

need to start getting a move on now

no more tuk tuk. Come on...these two have done well to set the foundation. Now its time to build on it. Got plenty of batting to come. Time to take some risks.

Its so frustrating to see kami just sitting there! getting another go at it and by the looks of it he dont look interested at all.

No it did not....I am watching it and from the replays looks like it was directly into the gloves
you might need glasses if you can't see that. :26:

i don't know what Kamran has to do to get dropped

Good start - solid. YK got lucky - surprised it wasnt referred to 3rd umpire - but perhaps Dhoni's past caught up with him...

pick up the bat and start hitting teammates in the bathroom :))

I was going to suggest that he try it on with Malik's girlfriend but that's a good idea too!

I need to get a life?!

You're the one who implied we're all lying without looking at all the evidence!

leave it man.

What's a good score on this pitch(considering the dew factor)?

Where did I say you were lying....touchy touchy.....

I said it looked like going into the gloves directly....then later I said that from another angle it looked different....

Maybe I am wrong....you probably need to learn to read and think before learning manners

RE Younis it was the correct decision.

Replays showed it CLEARLY bounded before going into Dhoni's gloves.

i hope at some point the run rate is going to pick up, a loss of a wicket or two and were in trouble.

80/2 or 85/3 etc after 20-25 overs aint going to look to clever!

Yunis playing another gem, Malik threatening to cut loose but zaheer tightening the noose good battle ahead.

oi oi, who's getting touchy? :)))

face it, it clearly bounced.

Bhajji into the attack... this will be crucial. We need to play him positively..

Pakistans batsmen need to use their feet and go after the spinners when they come on, something weve not really done all series!

yes these two have done well but now they have to stop this tuk tuk and start getting a move on, Pitch is not condusive to stroke play but we have batting to come and are already into the 19th over. TIME TO TAKE SOME RISKS.

Not really, we got plenty of batting to come.

They have to take chances before the powerplay ends.

both of them have played so many ball n their strike rate is in 50 or 60's
now they should try to push for runs..
if one of them is going to fall
new batsman will be under a lot of pressure

Aww , C'mon....didnt I say later that it looked different later...

Means....I no longer think it was out.

Doesnt mean someone gets the right to say shut up when no one is arguing.

Wonderful running to get 3. Both showing some intent to score quickly realizing only 1 over left for PP

Well he has the right to his opinion no need to abuse the guy

the right to say shut up?

and where is this right entrenched that one can say when someone has it and when someone doesn't?

Is it in the Magni Carta?
The Geneva Convention?
UN Declaration of Human Rights?
The constitution?

Malik bowled

i've kind of knew that was going to happen

Malik looking to loft it over mid on... gets the inside edge onto middle stump.. gone fore 31. 78 for 2.

now please Yousuf

please

dont go at a strike rate of 50. Now is not the time.

a good sign for us is that the ball is already keeping a bit low and the pitch will only get slower

lets hope that cuts away the advantage India will get because of the dew

It is time to go to bed the slowest part of our inning is about to start
YK with MOYO

Ok - 'Bore-fest' to begin with Moyo & YK at the wicket.

I'll be back when we are on a crappy 186-2 off 40 overs... :)

congrats to ZAK for 200 wickets!

Just when the momentum was starting to shift PAK's way he got a big wicket

107 in next 20 overs will be quite nice

Pak 79/2 after 20. Now Bhajji will try to dominate.. these two need to rotate strike..

PAK 79/2 after 20

Pakistan should get another 170 in the next 30 overs to take them to 250.

But I do believe that PAK needs 280+ to challenge IND because the slowness of the pitch wont be much of a factor with IND having 7-8 batsmen. The due will help the ball to skid on to the bat as well.

Pak 79/2 after 20 overs

Like a said a loss of a wicket and we are in trouble with R.R

This approach of keeping wickets in hand would make alot more sense if we had a Razzaq/Akram type brutal batsman in the bank. Puts too much pressure on Afridi this way.

Pakistan need a partnership here and also need to have a big last 10 overs!

Its fine keeping wickets in hand but you still have 2 do buisness at end of inns.

Well there is at least a positive, that Malik has finally opened, First time as the skipper! I hope he will do much better than the Nazir's, Akmal's and Hafeez in the future

especially since Afridi is quite mentally weak and doesn't have the psychological strength to cope with any pressure.

Well I guess waking up it was nice to see Malik who opened...man but we are in trouble!

Either Razzaq progress in domestic should be monitored or Tanveer should be groomed into a proper lower order hitter.

Good strategy by Dohni as he nows Pak are back in the shell again after the loss of the last wkt and so he may be able to get 3-4 over from his weakest bowler
