At least the Asia Cup pitches made for entertaining cricket and we saw some great fast bowling, here it's just the pitch misbehaving with even a pie-chucker like Raina making the batsmen struggle. Terrible quality of cricket for a tournament opener so far.

Ashwin the best bowler bowls 4 overs for 32, but in return Bumrah 2 overs cost 8 runs , Nehras 2 cost 6 runs , Rainas three cost 13 and jadeja 2 cost 13 runs ....In this game upto over number 13 uptill now.
Thats not bad. This against anderson who has 100 in what 35 balls right and williamson , guptill and munro and ross taylor having batted upto now.

It's an ICC event so obviously ICC monitors the pitches. Nagpur is in central India with the dry heat and temperatures of 37-39, pitches will be dry with cracks. Moreover there have been warm up matches too in this venue.

Eden is pretty flat but lets see.

Jadeja turning it square and inconsistent bounce with the odd one bouncing and the other keeping low.

140-150 will be a good score imo.

Spoke like a true Bongla fan without knowledge. ICC tournament pitches are not made by home boards. Last T20 WC you guys dished out flattest of decks and all Bengalis were saying BCB has no say as its an ICC tournament. Now blaming BCCI suddenly. Lol

I have not seen these tracks in IPL, there is more heat at that time, IPL is in middle of summer !!

Never seen Jadega get that kind of turn in 7/8 years of IPL.
