As a strategists, if I were asked about 1 thing to fix in PAK cricket right now - I would have suggested new ball bowling. In last 3 games (WIN innings lasted 13 overs, out of equation), pattern is same - new ball opened flood gate and pacers controlled damage with old ball. If they can find an equal partner of Amir with new ball - I can see straight 35 runs reduction on an average, may be even more.

Kick everyone out of the system that tries to bowl with scrambled seem.

Scenario 1. 3 quick wickets then rebuidling process starts which will be so slow that our inabiltiy to strike the ball will cost us the game

Scenario 2. oepners get good start n makes 100 in 15 overs with 1 wicket loss..which sets the stage for typicl pakistani collapse as it was in aussie game...result..we loss the game

I agree with two new balls pak cricket has suffered even more because they havent found good new ball bowlers. Even wasim waqar were better with older ball,thats been the tradition. but these days we need guys with proper new ball skills. In ur opinion is new ball bowling also about courage?? To push the ball up and invite the drives and be prepared to go for a couple of fours to buy wickets
