ISLAMABAD: An Indian delegation led by industrialist Sajjan Jindal called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif yesterday and flew back to India, Samaa reported Thursday.

However, when asked, Foreign Office spokesman was unaware of the arrival of Indian delegation in Pakistan.

Sajjan Jindal spent some hours in Pakistan and went back to his country. The three-member delegation went to Murree where they had lunch with Nawaz Sharif.

Indian delegation conveyed the message of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to PM Sharif.

The sources said the efforts are afoot to pave the way for a meeting between Nawaz Sharif and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on the sidelines of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), an emerging economic and security alliance.

I think there are some leaked pics and videos also available of Jindal visit in murree. So far PM house didn't issued a denial.

Jindal got business relationship with Sharif family he even came on the marriage of Maryam daughter and Sharif family visited him in India a couple of years ago.

ISLAMABAD: An Indian delegation led by industrialist Sajjan Jindal called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif yesterday and flew back to India, a private TV channel reported on Thursday.

The three-member delegation went to Murree where they had lunch with Nawaz Sharif.

According to reports, , Foreign Office spokesman was unaware of the arrival of Indian delegation in Pakistan.

Indian delegation conveyed the message of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to PM Sharif.

The efforts are afoot to pave the way for a meeting between Nawaz Sharif and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on the sidelines of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), an emerging economic and security alliance.

Meantime, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) expressed reservation over the arrival of Indian delegation and submitted a resolution in Punjab Assembly.

PTI leader and Opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Mehmood-ur-Rasheed tabled the resolution.

The resolution states Indian delegation flew to Pakistan to rescue the beleaguered Prime Minister. The resolution demanded the house and masses be apprised of motives behind this visit.

Voicing reservations over arrival of the delegation, the PTI spokesman Fawad Chaudhry said, “We are concerned over the visit.”

How can it be a "secret" if even we know about it!! Everyone knows that Nawaz is a proper traitor with major business interests in India. He would sell the Pakistan if he could and remains a major threat to stability in the country. It is only the fear of the military that has stopped him from doing that. Indian steel tycoon Jindal holds secret meeting with PM Nawaz in Murree

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A three-member delegation led by Indian steel tycoon Sajjan Jindal held a secret meeting with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Murree despite the fact that they were granted visa to travel to Lahore and Islamabad only.

Dunya News has obtained the a copy of the travel documents of Sajjan Jindal that shows passport No 3883994 was issued on August 25, 2016 from Mumbai. A 10-day business category visa was issued to Sajjan Jindal on April 25 from New Delhi.



Sajjan Jindal and the Indian delegation were issued special visas under which they were exempted from police reporting in Pakistan.

It is pertinent to mention here that special visas were issued to Sajjan Jindal and his delegation to visit Lahore and Islamabad only but the Indian delegation met Prime Minister in Murree.

The Indian delegation arrived in Islamabad at 12:05pm from Afghanistan yesterday from where they reached Murree to meet Prime Minister. The meeting last for one and a half hour after which the Indian delegation returned to Islamabad and left for India at 6:30pm on a special plane.

Nothing secret about PM-Jindal meeting, Maryam tweets

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz has on Thursday revealed through her recent twitter post that there was nothing secret about the PM’s meeting with Indian industrialist Sajjan Jindal.

She let it be known that Mr.Jindal is an old friend of the prime minister and that the matter should not be blown out of proportion.



It is pertinent to mention that a three-member Indian delegation that was led by industrialist Sajjan Jindal called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif as the the delegation went to Murree and had lunch with the prime minister.

On the other hand, the opposition inside Punjab Assembly also submitted resolution against the PM’s meeting with Indian delegation on Thursday.
