Don't know how to describe it but whenever there is a new name or stay graphic pop up on the screen there is a number counter which rolls before the name eventually comes up in the space.

ANNOYING AS HELL

Asides from that the graphics aren't nearly as bad as people are making it out here
 
Saha should play just tests. Stonis is playing better. Saha will cost them game if KXIP loses

What trolling? PSL's TV Graphics were good too but over coloration was its negative side, while IPL's TV Graphics are completely unique with balanced coloration.
 
How long is the mid inning break can someone answer quick

Don't wanna miss Mithc Johnson bowl but wanna take a 20-25 min nap too :))

Now Vishal, Karthi and Nasser are trying to setup a celebrity cricket tournament called "star cricket tournament". They were going and begging to every actor to participate in that:facepalm:

Apparently they're going to use the proceeds to fund a nadigar sangam building *read swindle money from fans*

Broad, Finn, Anderson : They didnt play for Eng. How can you say they are good for T20s.

Sanga, Hussey : retired.

Sammy, Rossow, Tait : not that good

But yes there are some players who remained unsold and they could have been selected. But they were all available in auctions. Like Guptill and Chammera. Maybe owners missed the trick

Broad, Finn, Anderson, Sanga Hussey , Tait don't even play for their own countries in T20Is.
Sammy was there until last year but his performance has been pathetic off late.
Rossouw was part of IPL earlier but warmed up the bench. Samuels played for Pune earlier but flopped. Chameera is a spray gun.

Only Eliott and Guptill are missed and their inexperience in IPL went against them. There was some perception that Guptill couldn't play spin. If the auction was held after the Wt20I, he would have been picked for sure. You need to be in Top 2 or 3 in your national team to be a sure shot in IPL as an overseas player. Or, you must be a good domestic T20 player willing to receive a pittance.

I saw that, my dad thinks it is stupid, I do too. You don't make money from public funds. I think SarathKumar was running a flawd but a decent naidgar sangam that was poised to get decent income every month, even if it sold it self out. The likes of Vishal can't even make profit for his own movies. He is only acting because his father is loaded. There was no way these lunatics were gonna act in movies together and actually make profit that was going to bring in income not just for the cost of the building, but constant income flowing every month. Like Ajith said, put your own money, not the public money.

Poor replies, I'll just stick to the basic arguments. Hussey, Sanga, Tait and others can still perform very well, look how they performed in other T20 tournaments. They are times better than local players, they bring in star value, more revenue, more oversees tv ratings, which results in bigger global companies like Nike, Reebok, UnderArmor and etc getting involved. IPL has the potential to be like NBA, MLB, NHL, NFL and ETC. It is missing the final umpff since some very good players are still missing.

For some reason, they didn't show it for the last 2 years, maybe some Rotti language tv bought the rights so they can't show it in other languages either.
 
I think Punjab will struggle in this competition. Not really impressed with their team.

What you lack is the basic understanding of IPL rules. Only 4 foreigners are allowed to play in any team in the X1. Most of the players in your list are solid bench players. IPL owners have been smarter this season in not choosing a lot of foreigners just to warm up the bench. There are plenty of T20 leagues around that pay a fraction of what IPL does and hence do not attract A list foreign super stars. The players in your list will have a chance to play in those leagues.

They won't attract Nike, Reebok, UnderArmor at all, these companies hardly know these players. May be only Reebok knows Tait and Hussey, but not Sangakkara.

They do because their base price is very low. If Sanga or Hussey had their base price of 50K, they would have been chosen probably. You need to be good and smart to be chosen in IPL.

To be honest Sanga will probably be getting far more than that playing for Surrey all season and can gain a bit more doing some side work for sky so it's not exactly worth him entering himself as a value as low as that.

Yep. Also, you need to have a good record in IPL to be picked at higher prices. Sanga always underperformed
 
Punjab team doesn't fail to disappoint,except first season and then the first season with Sehwag they have been horrible!

Its all about getting used to the graphics but its pain to the eye for anyone who just started.Also why haven't the stumps converted to LED yet, still only bails.
 
So what happening to gujrat when chennai comes back? The crowd is a bit disappointing considering gujrat has never hosted(?) A cricket match.

The match is in Punjab and it never fills for IPL as such.Also Rajkot and Ahemdabad both in Gujarat regularly host cricket matches.

Easily,Gujarat has 2-3 domestic teams with good cricketing facilities and cricket is the only game played there.

Finch MOM is a joke. Bravo almost got a 5fer and dismissed Miller & Maxwell in 1 over. IPL is always biased towards batsmen.
 
Gujarat look good maybe a batsmen short but finch nd Baz will give them explosive starts jadeja will be handy on spinning tracks and bravo always a threat in t20 and ipl. Punjab have a lot of work to do Mitchell Johnson seems erratic and seems like the only bowler who will get a break through but off form it seems. Maxwell and Miller are inconsistent and can't be relied on too score consistently which they are for Punjab. Not expecting much from they will beat a couple of big teams but will finish near the bottom

Yes ..was boored decided to watch some "cricket" IPL was the only option and twice in two days I was not able to watch more than 2 overs because it was too booring half of the ground looked empty and match was pretty dull and add to that the ridiculous graphics ..I believe that no CSK and RR have let IPL down ..IPl is not the same
