4th match at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore (night)

RCB v Sunrisers Hyderabad

Match scheduled to begin at 20:00 local time (14:30 GMT | 17:30 AST)
 
Exciting game! If this exciting team (RCB) cannot win this time also, then we can comfortably tell that T20 is the format only for underdogs.

You can observe that with World T20 also (Australia's dominance in World ODI doesn't reflect in T20. Even in IPL, so many underdogs have won (Deccan Charges, Rajastan Royals, etc, were never expected to win. To some extent even KKR and CSK were not really threatening and there were always other stronger teams playing against them). With this we might have to say that RCB's real chance was when they were also underdogs who lost to Deccans in the 2nd edition! This time another underdog (Pune or Gujarat) may win, let's hope this theory fails this time and RCB wins (at least Kohli deserves it after all his hard work for past few years)
 
Dearly looking forward to it.. Hyderabad is one of the most exciting teams this year! Of course, Bangalore is the best..
 
Virat Kohli can breathe easy because there's Gayle, ABD and even Watson to take care of setting targets (batting first) and improvising. On paper at least RCB looks invincible compared to all other teams.

No way. Kohli is not a lucky Limited Overs Cricket captain.
 
Warner Morgan dhwan need to get into form fast for the sunriseres they are reliant on these players especially as yuvraj is out not like he was in form anyway :yk. RCB bowling without starc seems weak but there batting is ridiculously strong. I think they should chase in every game :kohli is a master chaser and gayle when chasing can just be given free rein ab and Watson give them good experience with mandeep and sarfarz Khan good young talents. Expecting a good game with :gayle :kohli :abdv to come out on top
 
Injuries to Mitch Starc & Badree is a big blow for RCB.

Badree probably wouldn't have made the XI anyway, but Starc would definitely have played every match.

Chris Gayle won't fire in every season. And with the WI crown behind him he will be a bit complacent I guess. RCB should concentrate on its bowling also + Indian talents instead of depending heavily on big 4
 
Why does this garbage tournament have only one match a day? There should be at least two matches every day and three on the weekends to get it over with as soon as possible so that the players can return to real cricket.
 
It is time to take the fizz out of mustafiz :yk , bura na maano kohli hai , if yuvi was playing then I would've supported hyderabad but since he is unfit, I will be supporting :kohli

No one is stopping the players to return to their country ,go pick an issue with your players!

Cricket leagues are not run for the sole reason of finishing it early :)))

Bangalore is Auschwitz of fast bowlers. Tiny ground, flat pitch and Indian trundlers = disaster.
 
Bangalore certainly loves AB more than Kohli, and so do most IPL fans.

Kohli just pales in comparison with AB in the IPL where all parameters such as team strength, opposition bowling line-up and pitch are common for both.
 
Kohli needs to up the ante. He is doing a Rahane at the moment. Need a big total on this ground but tbh SRH batting looks weak. Totally dependent on Warner.
 
Neither Kohli nor de Villiers wanted to attack Mustafiz. Scared of the cutter. :))

I guess Mustafiz will be saved for the death now.
 
Why you bowl Leg Spin if you can't turn ? What is the point ? Go bowl off spin.
 
Kohli needs to have a go here. Too many dot balls. Though he will make up for that more often than not. But its Bangalore!! Even 200 is not considered safe here. SRH have a good batting lineup and good young Indian batsmen like Naman, Deepak. I still remember Naman Ojha hitting sixes after sixes for fun in the season before the last one.

Underestimate Hyd's batting at your own peril. Anything less than 185 will be chased down.
 
SRH have a fragile batting lineup. Apart from Warner, they have Dhawan who is in awful form and so is Morgan. Henriques and other Indian batsmen can't win games on their own except contributing some. Too dependent on Warner, They should have gone for a batsman like Watson instead of Morgan.
 
Kohli is the least suited batsman for Bangalore pitch,more like for Mohali-Delhi .
