23 needed off last over he hit it.. Best part was 12 was needed off last 2 balls and he hit 2 sixes of last 2 balls.. Axar Patel was the bowler

Scored 64 from 32 and 23 from the last over to win the match. It was a decent attack. Sandep, Mohit, Abbott, Axar and Rishi Dhawan.

I can't believe how he backs himself to score the target all by himself, refuses singles, takes the game all till the end and comes out as the winner again.

There's something extraordinary special about this guy. Nobody can do it so many times in the history of Cricket.

Remember him doing exactly this in an Odi against SL in Windies. Last over finish.

I thought he had made mistake by not taking singles and yet he managed to come out victorious. One need a lot of confidence to pull something off like this.

It's astonishing to see Pune having positive NRR despite losing 9 out of the 14 games they played. This just goes to show some of their games were pretty close. Some other season, they would have qualified for playoffs. Except Punjab, all teams in this IPL have performed well.

That real Cricket is boring, sluggish, tedious and watched by people with no lives and old pensioners.

I would rather watch paint dry or grass grow than waste 5 days on a dull sport whose result is already known.


Every man and his dog knows England will win the series without a contest, and that's exactly what's happening. No real competition, no fightback, no ups and downs just the same lame home team playing in favorable Conditions bullying the hosts.

I have absolutely zero idea why you liked the Eng vs SL game. It was one of the most boring games of the year with SL capitulating so easily. You need close contests. It doesn't matter which format it is. The IPL T 20 game today was 100 times better then watching SL lose by an innings. Just put your bias aside and you will know that I'm right.

Thats ok but how is it different than batsmen decimating bowlers? I agree with you that test cricket is fantastic to watch with all the ebbs and flows. The batsmen trying to survive initially and then after consolidation trying to dominate the bowlers. On the other hand, there's nothing better than watching great bowlers trying to setup batsmen and then the joy on their faces if the plans come to fruition. However, it's the contest that makes it fantastic. There was no contest here. All we saw was Clouderson ripping apart the pathetic SL batting. There was no fight. This is precisely the reason why a lot of people don't care about test cricket. You don't need 3 days to let us know that SL team is pathetic. It was way too one sided.
