KL Rahul needs to do very well in IPL to get an England call up and then perform there in LOIs before he's chosen for the WC. My gut says he'll score cool 20s and perish. Rahane and Manish will fight for No.4 spot and can suck the momentum in a chase. Raina/Kartik/Jadav will compete for the finisher role.

Indian selectors are fairly conservative. They will not pick any youngsters who has not established by end of this year.. The team composition may not be finalized by next year, but the overall squad will not have any major surprise pics..
