Viral Video Shows Noida Man Performing Dangerous Car Stunt, Police Slap Rs 57,500 Fine

The video begins with the Baleno car speeding down the main road, with another vehicle recording the scene.

A man's attempt to show off his driving skill on the streets of Greater Noida has gone viral on social media. The video shows a Maruti Suzuki Baleno car performing dangerous stunts at high speed, catching the attention of the traffic police.

The video begins with the Baleno car speeding down the main road, with another vehicle recording the scene. The car suddenly swerves, drifts at high speed, and comes to a stop on the side of the road. In the next scene, the same car performs the same stunt again and comes to a sudden halt in front of a residential society.

The video initially appears to be a typical stunt video, but the ending takes an unexpected twist. The last part of the video shows a picture of a challan issued by the Noida Traffic Police, showing a fine of Rs 57,500. This fine was imposed for reckless and dangerous driving.

The video was shared on the social media platform X, with the caption, "A boy performed car stunts on the roads of Greater Noida. Noida Traffic Police took action and imposed a fine of Rs 57,500. Good work, Noida traffic police."

Noida Traffic Police confirmed the incident by posting it on their X handle, writing, "Taking cognisance of the said complaint, action has been taken to issue an e-challan (fine of Rs 57,500/-) in accordance with the rules against the concerned vehicle for violation of traffic rules."

Social Media Reaction

The video has since gone viral, sparking conversations about responsible driving and the consequences of reckless behavior behind the wheel. One user called it "a costly stunt."

Another user wrote, "This is a daily thing for them. I see drivers like this around the Alpha 2 market every day. I'm honestly stunned at how traffic rules are treated like a joke in Greater Noida. I think it's the same problem throughout UP. I used to live in Bangalore, and I never saw such rash driving there. While this is mainly a civilian issue, what about the policing?"

"No fine, you should seize the vehicle and beat them with sticks and upload the video on social media, only then will they learn a lesson," commented a third user.

'Soil Blocked Nose and Mouth, Burn Marks on Thigh': What Post-Mortem Reveals in Delhi Biker’s Pit Fall Death

The post-mortem report of Kamal Dhyani, who died after falling into an unguarded pit in Janakpuri, indicates traumatic asphyxia as the cause of death, attributed to chest compression from a heavy vehicle.

New Delhi: The post-mortem report in theJanakpuri pit fall case that claimed the life of 25-year-old Kamal Dhyani has revealed that he died due to suffocation and traumatic asphyxia, doctors said. According to medical findings, the cause of death has been identified as traumatic asphyxia due to heavy compression of the chest. Doctors said the victim is believed to have fallen into a soil pit along with his motorcycle, after which loose soil blocked his mouth and nostrils, leading to suffocation.

What Post-mortem Report Reveals

The post-mortem report further said the chest compression was likely caused by a heavy vehicle falling or pressing onto the victim after the fall. This pressure on the chest is believed to have restricted breathing, resulting in death.

The post-mortem examination also revealed burn marks on the victim’s right thigh. Doctors said these marks may have been caused due to prolonged contact with a vehicle’s silencer after death.

At this stage, doctors have stated that the death appears to be accidental. However, they added that the final opinion on the exact time and manner of death will be given only after a detailed investigation and further examination of all evidence.

Police said they are continuing to probe the incident and are examining all aspects of the case to establish the sequence of events that led to the fatal accident.

What Happened that Night

The incident took place after midnight in the early hours of Friday, when Dhyani was riding his motorcycle home and fell into a 4.2-feet-deep pit dug for construction work. The pit was reportedly left open and unguarded as part of Delhi Jal Board-related construction activity.

According to police, Dhyani remained trapped inside the pit for several hours. He was later found dead, triggering public outrage and demands for accountability over unsafe road conditions.

Eyewitness Saw the Fall

During the investigation, police identified an eyewitness who had seen the accident take place. DCP West Sharad Bhaskar said Vipin Singh witnessed a motorcycle fall into the pothole and immediately informed a guard at the site. The guard then passed on the information to a contractor’s worker named Yogesh.
Police said Yogesh went to the spot and saw both the victim and the motorcycle, with the headlight still switched on. Despite this, no emergency services were called.
According to the police timeline, Yogesh informed his supervisor, contractor Rajesh Prajapati, at around 12:22 am. However, neither of them alerted the police, ambulance services, or local authorities.
Meanwhile, subcontractor Rajesh Prajapati has been arrested in connection with the death of Kamal Dhyani, while worker Yogesh has fled the scene. Explaining the findings, DCP Bhaskar said the investigation clearly shows negligence after the accident was known.
The incident occurred near the B3B Block in Janakpuri, close to Andhra School, on Professor Jogender Singh Marg on February 5.
According to the FIR, no warning signs, reflectors, barricades or proper lighting arrangements were present at the site, and no security guard had been deployed. The FIR states that the pit was left open in the middle of a public road without any safety measures.
When police reached the spot, they found an unidentified man along with his motorcycle lying inside a pit measuring about 20 feet in length, 13 feet in width and around 14 feet in depth. The pit had been dug in the middle of the road as part of road work.

The injured man was pulled out of the pit by the fire brigade and taken to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital in a PCR vehicle. However, the hospital later informed the police that “the patient brought by PCR has been declared dead.”
Quoting the medical report, the FIR stated, “Patient was brought to ER in an unconscious and unresponsive state with an alleged history of being found roadside near Joginder Singh Marg at around 08:00 am. Injury details include a grazed abrasion over the epigastric region, and the patient was brought in dead.”

Delhi Biker Death: Delhi Police arrested sub-contractor Rajesh Prajapati on Saturday, February 7, following allegations of negligence after a biker fell into an open pit in Janakpuri. Police said Prajapati visited the site after being informed of the accident but did not take any action. The incident occurred on Thursday night when the victim, Kamal Dhyani, was returning home to celebrate his parents’ anniversary. The pit, allegedly dug by the Delhi Jal Board for road construction, was uncovered and unmarked. The victim’s friend claimed the area had since been covered to “hide their misdeeds.”

'Rajesh Came at Night, Ignored': Police

According to police, a family passing through the area noticed Kamal had fallen into the pit. They immediately informed a security guard stationed there and a person living in a nearby tent. The guard, employed by Prajapati, informed a junior staff member, who then called Rajesh Prajapati at 12:22 am. Although Prajapati reached the site, he reportedly ignored the situation, seeing only the bike and taking no further action.

Altaf Alam, a friend of Kamal, told ANI, "We have been together since childhood. He worked in Rohini Sector 10. The pit was open, and they covered it yesterday to hide their misdeeds. I miss him even more every time I look at his twin brother. All arrangements were made to celebrate his parents’ anniversary."

The FIR notes that the site had no warning signs, reflectors, barricades, or proper lighting, making it extremely dangerous. The pit, located near B3B Block, Janakpuri, close to Andhra School on Professor Jogender Singh Marg, measured approximately 20 feet long, 13 feet wide, and 14 feet deep. Police said the victim was pulled out with the help of the fire brigade and taken to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, but he was declared dead on arrival.

Officers involved in this incident have been suspended. The FIR has been registered, and the investigation is underway. We will not spare anyone responsible. The Chief Minister is monitoring the situation."
Meanwhile, AAP Delhi president Saurabh Bharadwaj demanded the suspension of Police Commissioner Satish Golchha, alleging a police cover-up in the case.

The tragedy occurred on the Hoskote-Dabaspete National Highway when a speeding Mahindra XUV 700, with a group of students on an early morning joyride, triggered a chain collision involving a motorcycle and a Canter truck.

The identities of six of the victims have been confirmed as Ashwin Nayar (17), Arhaan Sharif (17), Ayaan Ali (17), Bharat (18), Ethan George (17), and the bike rider, Gagan, a private company employee.

The seventh victim is yet to be identified. The students, aged between 17 and 18, were in Classes 10 and 12.

Gagan, the motorcyclist, was returning home after finishing his 5 pm-3 am shift at work when he was struck. His family revealed a heartbreaking story of loss. Gagan was the sole breadwinner for his mother, who is visually impaired.

According to preliminary police reports, the students had left home around 3 am for a joyride without informing their families. Travelling from Kolar toward Devanahalli, the speeding SUV first rear-ended Gagan's motorcycle.

The driver allegedly lost control of the XUV 700 following the initial impact, causing the vehicle to ram into a Canter truck. The force of the collision was so extreme that the truck and the bike were flung over the median onto the opposite side of the highway, while the mangled SUV skidded nearly 500 metres before coming to a halt.

Ashwin Nayar, a resident of Kothanur, was studying at RV PU College. Arhaan Sharif and Ayaan Ali were students of CMR Institute and residents of HVR Layout. Bharat was also a student at CMR Institute and a resident of Frazer Town. Ethan George was studying at RV College and was a resident of Hulimavu.

Initially, the parents were informed that their children had been seriously injured in the accident. However, when they arrived at the hospital, they learned about the deaths and were left inconsolable. Family members of Arhaan Sharif said that he did not even know how to ride a bike, forget about driving a car. "He left home and never returned," they said.

At the Hoskote government hospital, scenes of absolute grief unfolded as parents arrived. Many were initially told their children were only "seriously injured."

"He left home and never returned," said family members of Arhaan Sharif. Shocked by the reports of the joyride, they claimed Arhaan did not even know how to ride a motorcycle, let alone drive a high-end SUV.

IGP (Central) Labhu Ram and Bengaluru Rural Superintendent of Police Chandrakant visited the site to oversee the investigation.

"Seven people were killed in a chain road accident. We have cleared the vehicles and shifted the bodies to the hospital," IGP Labhu Ram said. "The investigation is on to determine if the driver was in an inebriated state. We cannot confirm that at this stage."

While overspeeding is currently cited as the primary cause, the Sulibele police have initiated a full probe into the mishap. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination.
