An argument against Misbah was that he shouldn't be made coach as he is inexperienced, he has no coaching experience. This was an argument presented by Rameez Raja as commentator, thus, as he was about to come to power, he forcefully made Misbah and Waqar resign.
Another argument presented against Misbah was that he had hired his buddies in the coaching set up.
The replacements, Abdul Razzaq and Saqlain Mushtaq. Abdul Razzaq while does coach domestic team doesn't have an international experience.
Moreover, we have now got Mathew Hayden and Vernon Philander in the coaching set up. It seams they will most likely be hired as consulted rather than coaches as no advertisement had been posted yet.
But Hayden and Philander have got no coaching experience. They have no coach an international team and I wonder what domestic coaching experience they have got. They are also buddies of Rameez Raja due to them often being found with Rameez and co in commentary
While I personally have no issue with the experience part, and if moving on from Misbah towards a better coaching set up helps our cricket than good such decisions should be taken. But my question to critics are that you placed the inexperience argument before, now would you place the same argument against Philander and Hayden or not?
If not, than arn't we being hypocrites?
