IPL 2021 - RCB (160/8) beat MI (159/9) by 2 wickets

Kohli real captaining abilities show through when he skippers RCB non of the exceptional indian talent to pull him out of the hole.

Even after all these years RCB mantra of having powerful batting (atleast on paper) and rubbish bowlers haven't change, hence neither the results.

This is some awful bowling. Kane Richardson may have been a better pick than Jamieson or Christian here.

I saw that Chris Lynn and Dan Christian did a lot of training together just before setting off for the IPL. Lynn is destroying his buddy here.

Christian ,Patel, and Sams are similar types of bowler. Why the heck would you sign all those 3 lol?

The stage is set for Kishan, Pollard and Pandya to take the total to 250.

at this stage it's as if RCB on purpose select a loser team, its not even funny anymore.

Jamieson strikes .

Not sure it's a good thing when Pandya,Pollard, and Kishan are to come. :ssmith

Watched Ponting's speech a day ago. Extremely motivating. He will probably make sure to bring the best out of DC.

They also have covered their weaknesses from last year. They have an overseas and Indian WK back up for Pant. Also back up for Rabada and Norje.

Jamieson and Siraj are not death bowlers. Kohli should bowl them out now, tbf they could get a wicket as MI will look to attack.

This was a favorable pitch for spinners and Chahal bowled pathetically. He is playing himself out of contention for the World T20.

RCB need to keep it down to 180ish. Don't see them chasing around or over 200.

RCB need Pollard wicket as soon as otherwise he can destroy them in 4 over

When Nitin Menon raises his finger, you should just turn and walk. He is one of best umpire in world cricket right now

Siraj will be top 3 fast bowler in the world very soon across formats. A fantastic talent.

Pollard packing some timber ha ha

Excellent over from Siraj, this. Problem is RCBs front-liner has bowled out.

RCB have done a good job at the death so far . But we have seen this before then they implode.

Pulling it back well here RCB. On paper didn't think much of their attack - decent of course - but they've done a great job.

For a first game in India, Jamieson has done well. I'm sure the NZ management will be praying he does well in this tournament as they will want to include him in their LO team.

Indiscipline from RCB here - 3 drops and a couple no-balls.

I knew Jamieson would do better in Indian conditions with his extra bounce. Also has a good yorker.

Harshal has done a good job at the death. RCB bowlers have done well overall.

It's on their batters now.
