What's new

IPL franchise owners openly being allowed to discriminate in non-Indian leagues?

No wonder. You are clueless when it comes to England and the standards of civilisation here.

So basically you're putting all your faith behind the British Government for this mickey mouse tournament.

Something tells me you're going to be disappointed as per usual.

Are you daft? The Three Lions have been associated with England since the 12th century. They were first adopted by King Richard I (Richard the Lionheart) in the late 1100s as part of the Royal Arms of England.
The emblem has remained a national symbol ever since.

Elephants on the other hand, are historically rooted in South and Southeast Asia and parts of Africa - symbols of royalty, warfare, and religion there - but they have no historical or heraldic connection to England whatsoever.
If you’re ignorant of history, just say that instead of talking about zoos and Coventry City lmao.

So even back then someone made a tenuous connection and only history has cemented it.
