RCB has poor strategy of selection! The management never took interest in building a proper team (Playing XI). They just went (every season) with some big names and hoped they win with it. They never looked to grow the team with proper local players (budding talents - didn't identify from domestic circuit - especially in bowling). Whereas teams like Rajastan Royals & Chennai did so well in this area.
