It's taking on Most Powerful Military, Israel, plus rest of middle eastern countries. At point in history they were once superpower themselves.

It's madness imo for any country to take on the American military might, unless you are going to the fight fully knowing you will lose.

To be fair Iran didn't start this escalation but nevertheless will end up being the loser.

Do remember that 1 million Iranians were killed din Iran Iraq war in the eighties.

Yes the US can cause more destruction, but to win, they will have to commit boots on the ground, which they are reluctant to do.

As you said Iran did not start this war. They are fighting an existential threat, they have no choice but to take on the American military.

Imo it would be better to come to a compromise which can stop innocent Iranian civilians getting killed rather than fighting a war you will lose.

Compromise with whom? They were the negotiations that were ongoing. A day before the attack, the Omani representatives who were hosting the talks said they were positive breakthroughs. Iranians have been attacked twice whilst negotiating. One in June 2025 and now again.

Not proven. And the thing is USA just cant take a chance. Once Iran gets a nuclear bomb they will be blackmailing non stop. Like how Pak threatens to use nuclear weapons recklessly. For all the bravado, Pak and Ind leaderships are much more sane than these ME loony tunes. They will talk much but will never use any nuclear weapons. Can't say the same for these ME nations.

The Iranians have the appetite for a fight so let them be. If they lose atleast they will be remembered for putting up a fight. They have a different mindset to other countries

On a side note, if they don’t fight today, eventually it will be their kid. Israel and American want to break up the country, whether that’s now or later
