Pakistan reaffirms solidarity with Gulf states in call with Erdogan

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held a telephonic conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan this evening.

Expressing his deep concern over the escalating crisis in the Middle East, the Prime Minister condemned the Israeli attack on Iran, and subsequent regrettable attacks on other brotherly Gulf countries.

The Prime Minister apprised the Turkish President of his recent outreach to the leadership of the brotherly Gulf countries, reaffirming Pakistan’s full solidarity with them.

He said Pakistan has conveyed its readiness to play a constructive role in efforts aimed at resolving the crisis.

Both leaders underscored the importance of maximum restraint by all parties, to prevent further escalation.

The Prime Minister also took President Erdogan into confidence on the recent developments in the context of Afghanistan.

The two leaders agreed to remain in close and frequent contact in this regard while continuing their efforts to bring peace and stability in the region.

It’s not about who started war, it’s the fact that you are actually enjoying the war where thousands of innocents are dying is a concern.

Iran is playing a long game. It is called "war of attrition". It is about grinding Israel/USA down and making it costly. They haven't even used their top missiles yet.

USA now have over 38-trillion in debt. Long wars are damaging for them. Most Americans are not interested in wars anymore.

No one allies with anyone directly in wars other than one specific one which has pedophile leaders recorded and blackmailed by another genocidal illegal state.

Iran has destroyed and have caused severe damage to numerous American bases around the gulf. It's all Zio media which wouldn't report their humiliation, they even made up friendly fire nonsense when their 3 jets got destroye by Iran so you are dealing with completely one sided global propaganda. It took Iran 7 days to go all out on Israel on 12 day war as well which caused significant destruction in Israel

In this day and age, photo and video evidence will leak out. It's inevitable.

Face it. The sanctions have crippled Iran's ability to wage war. They can't assassinate anybody on the other side. Cause a nuisance though with a single digit number of deaths daily (RIP)? Sure.

Alternative media such Breaking Point, Judge Napolitano and redacted through their sources have shown massive damage to Israel, huge damage.

Of course Israel is trying their best and succeeding in not letting this leak. But we still see material.

Are you aware he was killed a home? He didn't run off hiding in bunkers. He almost wanted to be killed and his plan to make himself a martyr and unite the rival groups so far has worked.

Israel attacked Khamenei like a coward when he was at his residence. Khamenei wasn't hiding in a bunker or anything.

Yes and the humiliation for Israel and the US is that they thought they could implant their Zionist puppet Raza overnight. The Iranians and Shias around the world are absolutely furious and want total revenge.

As it becomes clear that the US cant win this war without significant changes such as boots on the ground in huge numbers and allies (vassals) joining in, more and more politicians in America are turning on this project.
 
Some of the Senators who attended this closed door briefing in the US came out confused about the plan. Apparently it will be a long war and the plan is to start a civil war via the Kurds. Trump and his cabinet haven't got a clue about how to win and their attempts to get a ceasefire via neutral countries has been slammed shut.

But our Indian friends are so gullible they see bombs landing in Tehran and think that's what victory is.

Wars are won via logistics not lying on mainstream media.

Trump the amateur rookie probably thought Iran would collapse in one day. He is as stupid as the Indian bhakts.

Iran have a lot of missiles. Not just small missiles but also serious missiles.

Israel was smashed last May (that's why they agreed to a ceasefire) and they are again getting smashed this time. Even USA bases got smashed. USA lost 6 soldiers so far; will probably lose more if war drags on.

Kurds insurgency has been miserably defeated in all other neighboring countries of Iran. Can't speak for all Indian posters but i don't see too much hatred for Iran. A lack of empathy yes but not hatred.

Most of what you interpret as hatred seems to me to be what has become standard on this forum - troll posts skirting or sometimes crossing the line in order to wind up the other side. Since this isn't a conflict that particularly affects Pakistanis much, I suppose it's seen as especially fair game to use as troll material. I would hope Indian posters would exercise more discretion if the tragedy were in Pakistan.

I recognise Indians have done plenty of that on this thread but I've seen plenty of threads in which Pakistanis have used even tragic deaths to try to wind up Indians.

Sign of the times when each side is able to manufacture outrage but not look in the mirror at their own behaviour.

Till a few years ago I was not interested in discussing religion, but after seeing the 24-hour Muslim propaganda against Hindus here , my mind completely changed and I started behaving rudely towards Muslims.

Israeli Air Force jets, guided by IDF intelligence, dropped dozens of munitions on regime command hubs responsible for internal repression and operational coordination across Iran.

The meeting underscores the urgency felt in Washington to shore up weapons stocks after the Iran operation ⁠drew heavily on munitions. Since Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022 and Israel began military operations in Gaza, the U.S. has drawn down billions of dollars' worth of weapons stockpiles, including artillery systems, ammunition and anti-tank missiles. The conflict in Iran has consumed longer-range missiles than those furnished to Kyiv.

At least one of the people said the gathering was expected to center on pressing weapons makers to move faster to boost output.

Lockheed, the Pentagon and White House did not immediately respond to requests for comment. RTX declined to comment. Several outlets reporting from a 'Pentagon Source' that stocks of weapon - especially interceptor missiles are running low and could be exhausted in 3-4 weeks. There's a lot of juggling of the inventory going on currently but they'll have to ramp up production urgently.
 
Overnight attacks in Israel and Iran highlight the difference between the 2 sides.

In Iran, US military struck with heavy bombers, while IDF continued to pound high-value targets with precision.

In Israel, missile alerts throughout the night but limited missile and rocket fire, without any strategic impact
