Despair not, the Pak bowlers will knock over Ireland cheaply.

can't see the match coz no sky - for those who are watching, what is it about the pitch thats casuing this? is it seaming and bouncing a lot?
 
Ball is swinging a lot again as the sun is gone now.
Kind of like London weather but it very warm and muggy.
 
well nothing will happen to the players some of them will continue to play for Pakistan ..i only see Inzi & Wollmer getting sacked rite away!

He needs to play like a madman. Get rid of all these jokers!! I hate most of them. I hope that Akmal can perform like in the warm up game against Canada.

nothing is wrong in the pitch.. they just came from SA, they should be used to by now.. its just an excuse

yeah thats the only key now
irish pacers have nothing special about them
we needed asif on this pitch but our pacers are still good better than irish i believe and the pitch should remaint eh same

Doing both, a tad bouncing many rising off the good length.

swinging a lot, many swinging as much as foot.
 
Nothing is wrong with players being religious collectively. Islam is part of the culture of Pakistan so what do you expect? Religion is not something you just can just separate from collectives like they do in the West. At least they are not collectively going to night clubs and match fixing anymore.

A few months ago we were saying how Islam has transformed the team for the better. Rather this poor form has nothing to do with religion and, in my opinion, is entirely to do with injuries, poor selections and a poor batting order.

Unbelievable amount of grass on this wicket, right now tony cozier and phil simmons are commentating and are saying they have never seen so much grass on this wicket here at sabina park. Too much swing, seam and bounce for pakistan to adjust.
 
ISLAM has nothing to do with it
there is something else going ont hat we are not aware of

well, when I was saying that Ireland might win against Pakistan, people in this board was making fun og me and some was saying that I need a medical check up..
Guys cricket is a funny game... Before I have also written Pakistan should have fixed the match, and all the money their wud have got give it to the poor..

We need a miracle something like Sami to get wickets. WE ARE DOOMED! I could have scored more than most of these flat track bullies.

yes well...not to step on anyone's culture...but it does seem strange to see people constantly correlation sports performance to religion .....

I'm not saying it's wrong...I just find the idea that the gods of the universe actively chose one side to win over another quite ridiculous...

Kamran and mahmood need to step outside the crease and walk down the wicket at the point of delivery and make good length deliveries into short balls.

Huge riots are already happening in Pakistan due to Supreme Court Judge removal...

the above poster made a good point....these irish bowlers are bowling a decent speed....good movement etc.....their batting is said to be their strength ....they shouldn't be touted as "no hopers" ...they have done enough this world cup to convince me they could compete consistantly , allong the old lines of the "old zimbabwe" team...

Yes: And then Hall made 80 odd runs to take the score near 200...

I think Irish replied well and were about 70 runs from victory with 8 wickets in hands, when Hall took four quick wickets and Irish lost by about 30 runs...

Can Akmal, Azhar, Umar Gul, Rao & Sami do it what Hall did by himself...

What do you guys think will be a fighting total in these circumstances? I say atleast 150.
 
The team has had quite a lot of blows lately and the pressure is huge.

They obviously haven't coped with the pressure well and have not adapted at all. There doesn't seem to be a game plan either. Just hope for the best. There was no change at all in the batting order today despite all the talk. We know who has and hasn't performed in what positions in the order, but it seems our think tank doesn't or can't accept it.

If Pakistan do win this match, then I'm really looking forward to the return of Afridi. The arrogant confidence of the man is what this team really needs to be boosted by right now.

Pak will still win I say but its dissapointing that their best batsmen won't even bat up the order against a minnow.

Yeah, Dev and Azhar Mahmood are pretty comparable.
