It is now very clear that this woman will stop at nothing and will continue to make allegations, comments against him of all sorts ie drug use, sex life, black magic use, out of kids wedlock, being in the cahoots of the army and going out of her way to help the well known corrupt opposition parties against him.

Last I read was that she has just filed a case in a Pakistani High Court seeking his disqualification on grounds of moral terpitude.

I think Imran has taken the honourable ground out being silent for way too long now and enough is enough. Sometimes you just have to take action against an evil, vindictive, obsessive sociopath. He needs to bankrupt her and impoverish her into silence and put the fear of God into her because this is way too much for even outsiders watching all this.

First of all things like recording, cell phones and co can only be regarded as genuine evidence if they were obtained pursuant to a court order, so those things will be regarded as inadmissable.

I just know if Khan takes her head on, given how easily he won the Botham/Lamb case, this won will be a cake walk for him.

Kiss-and-tell earns big bucks from the London tabloid press. If she had the right adviser, he's be telling her to try and stay in the media spotlight (by appearing on talk shows, game shows, reality tv, public appearances, being seen with celebrities etc.) without being too controversial. Just get her face well known amongst the public. A lot of powerful British Indian's, including politicians, will be more than willing to help her do that.

And then when Imran Khan comes to the UK as the Pakistan PM on an official visit, that's the time to blitz the UK tabloid press with sordid revelations about Imran. They don't have to be true, but just full of the type of stuff she's already put in her book.
