Is Mohammad Hafeez considered the vice-captain for the Pakistan LOI sides?

Hafeez have swap a number 3 position with babar who have 50+

average batting at 3.The only reason i see is Mickey is impressed by hafeez

captaincy in Aus and due to unavailability of vice captain in squad mickey and

inzi are keen to have hafeez performing at any cost so if sarfraz get

injured hafeez can be backup captain for pakistan in odi squad.

develop a new captain... can have shehzad or babar or imad wasim or amir as vice captain.... why should that be hafeez...

only in pakistan will a flop and old player like hafeez would be preferred as a captain over youngsters
