What's new

Islamabad United [164-6] beat Karachi Kings [161-9] by 4 wickets to win the 1st Eliminator for PSL 4

Faheem getting in form is a good sign for Pakistan.

Hasan, Shadab and Faheem are slowly coming back to their potential.

Are u serious?? What have Shadab and Faheem done. Hits a six and its a good sign for pakistan?

6 to win off last over.... easy win for IU.

Thank you Shinwari. Shuper ishtaar

They way KK fought at the end I'd have preferred if they had won. Babar dropped the match.

Excellent performances from Asif Ali and Faheem under pressure.

Babar Azam's lack of temperament on display. Dropped vital catches under pressure

Babar with some good catches and some terrible drops.

The pressure got to him i guess.
Good game but their horrific collapse in the batting was the reason they lost.they were 15,25 runs short.

Who said he have good record in international .Credit where it is due .i guess amir sohial knows better than you and me and praising him for little cameo.

I form MY opinion based on MY observations. Fahim's international record speaks for itself.

Lol Hales 41 off 42 and Man of the Match. Once again worshipping the angraiz.

Faheem and Asif saved them otherwise that was an L.

The middle and lower order, as well as Shinwari lost Karachi the game. It sounds harsh to be saying this, but Shinwari almost single-handedly lost them the game by undoing all the hard-work put in by other bowlers.

Bhai Sahb i hope you refer back to your this statement again at the end of the match.

I trust your assumptions.

Sorry bhai sahib, my gut feeling betrayed me big time yesterday. Not to be! :(

I think some history might´ve been made yesterday when a guy (Hales) who scored 41 off 42 got a Man of the Match award in a T20 game:facepalm:. How on earth? It should´ve been Musa, who despite being expensive, took three very key wickets of firstly Munro, the man who looked to be running away with the show, then the danger man Ingram and then Iftikhar. He surely should´ve got the award, and if not him then Faheem or Asif Ali could´ve got it, or even Delport. A mindless decision!

Couldn't agree more with. If anything Hales almost lost IU the game had it not been for Asif Ali and Faheem to some extent. I was surprised to see him getting the MOM award, i think Ramiz was the one to adjudicate that..

Exactly! If anything, Hales was making it tougher for Islamabad. The required run-rate was creeping up during his stay at the wicket. A very poorly judged call to make him the Man of the Match.
