Imad Wasim told us last night that he wished they had won against QG so they went into this clash with some confidence but am afraid KK are in a downward spiral which could effect them mentally against a supremely confident LQ side.

Karachi vs Lahore game in Karachis home ground on a weekend and the stadium is not full. Pathetic stuff

Really hard to make sense of Karachi selections. Tahir over Shamsi? They played Qasim Akram one game and that's it. Bowling has been woeful and yet they haven't given a young bowler like Umar a shot?

They don't have bowlers who can bowl in the death at all and keep losing because of it but yet they continue to play guys like Yamin instead of bowling specialist. Yeah their batting isn't great but you keep losing because of poor bowling, not batting.
 
Lahores 4th and 5th bowling options are weak.

If Karachi can put pressure on them, then the game is theirs.
 
Suicide running from Wade there. A shame considering how well he was batting but at least Karachi openers have finally given the team a proper start. Up to the middle order to their job now.
 
Karachi overseas signings been a absolute joke. Wade, Tye, Fuller and Tahir what embarrassing recruitment.
Vince is OK and Shamsi if he ever plays. They got no choice but to accommodate Wade now. Him opening weakening middle/lower order.

They are very good too. Particularly Saim.

Haider is ultra talented but the brain fades really hinder his progression.

So happy that this bubble is starting to lose its air that Sharjeel is somehow an amazing T20 batter. He isn't fit enough to lace Rizwan's boot.

Wade scored more runs at a higher strike rate in one game than the best Pakistani opener did in 3 games.
 
Karachi only 3 down seems like they 5 down. Such a weak middle/lower order. Poor signings. To accommodate few of their overseas players like Wade they look poor
 
Uhh Imad is sending himself up to bat at 5? Sure is thinking a lot of his own batting.
 
Big wicket of Vince. 4 down is like 6 down for Karachi with a weak lower middle order. They will do good to get to 170 from here

He was a deer in the headlights against pace, not that anyone is surprised by that.

Anyway it's a moot point - Shoaib Malik's international career is in the same boat as Sharjeel's, Umar Akmal's and Fixmir.

All Shoaib is doing is selfishly blocking the spot of a youngster.

Few games don't decide who better. Let's be real instead of this point scoring like childs. Sharjeel has got 100s in PSL. Wade most likely won't make more then he did today this PSL. Karachi has no choice to accommodate Wade so have to make him open now. It just weakens their middle lower order now. Poor recruitment

Spot of a youngster. You gotta be joking. He been Karachis best batsmen and he blocking a Spot of a youngster. He better then Haider Ali and others. Need to get over personal hate and support good cricket
 
Cutting has been poor so far in PSL8.

Need a big over from him do KK.
