Kashmir in exchange for full population transfer?

We all know Pak-Ind are at loggerheads. I was talking to a few friends - both Indians and Pakistanis - and one suggested he'd be willing to see India give up Kashmir to Pakistan *if* it meant also transfer of the remaining Indian Muslim population to Pakistan as well. Ie to complete Partition.

Would you buy this settlement?

The second richest man hailing from one of those families is a proof enough that the Social, Economic and Educational status of Muslims in India is something other countries should be envious of until Sachar Committee Report comes to my mind which sates that Social, Economic and Educational status of Muslims in India is even worse than Dalits..
