Major study debunks myth that moderate drinking can be healthy

Itachi...you sound familiar, haven't I debunked your rubbish a million times over?

And as I have repeated, scientific studies have now proven there isn o such thing as moderate drinking because all alcohol consumption causes damage. If you have a better study then I wait with baited breath to read it in the Lancet Medical Journal.

I asked a simple question.

If you are carrying out an experiment for a factor, then you will have to isolate that system so that other factors don't manipulate the outcome. Is it happened in this case?

I haven't even proposed a theory here to debunk. Its a simple yes or no question.

Can you answer in "yes" or "no"?

Stop it. I replied to you many posts ago. Go back and read it. You sound like aj oker if you dont even know how a scientific study is carried out.

Your solution is useless because majority of the people do not hit the gym after consuming a big mac. A person eating a big mac every day is as likely to die early than a person drinking a glass of wine every day.

A big mac v a glass of wine every day is not even close to a fair comparison and you know it. I have no reason to continue with this discussion because others in this thread have also been doing the same to defend alcohol in such an illogical manner.

Not everybody likes cheese, this is what you dont understand. Not everyone like the taste of alcohol and everybody who drinks have more fun, some get depressed or feel negative/sad. Please only speak for youself not the rest of humanity.

When did I say that everybody must drink alcohol? The point I have been trying to make is that alcohol makes certain experiences better for some people just like cheese does for cheese lovers.

Both are harming the body. I am yet to see a valid argument.

Your argument would be fine and reasonable if you didn't it rely on assumptions about a person's actions after consumption and an unfair comparison. I would say the same about your posts in this thread. I think it's probably best to agree to disagree because I don't think you understand my perspective at all.

You made a general claim alcohol makes people happier. It may to some but not to others. Im glad you have regressed and corrected your point which makes more sense.

It is your lack of understanding then. I never made a claim that alcohol makes things better for everyone. I presented a perspective from those who enjoy it. You are free not to drink, it is your choice.

Just one thing you wrote

"People who have never tried alcohol do not really understand what they are missing in their life, neither do they know how drinking works."

Try write some people not all as many hate or would hate the taste or the effects of it.

Not talking about myself but do you think those who never drink in many cultures around the world have less fun than those that do? Is there some sort of scientific study you have read? Unless you can prove this it's your opinion based on not much.

My opinion is based on personal experience of decades of drinking and socialising with people who drink. People have been doing this for thousands of years. And you are deflecting. Can you provide a scientific study to prove your statement that people who use alcohol to help them have fun are all mentally ill, or have a lack of confidence or intelligence?

I presented my view. Where does it say "all" or that everyone must drink?
